There are many controversial opinions about the wall that the government is willing to build. A border wall would be necessary for specific reasons, such as drug control. Debate.org believes that a border wall will prevent drugs. Factcheck.org believes that a border wall will stop illegal substances from coming into this country. Lastly, blvdcenters.org believes that a wall will keep the drugs out. Nevertheless, a border wall would be a good resolution because it would keep the illegal substances and their smugglers out of what the people of America call home. One reason is that a border wall would prevent drugs.

People believe this because they don’t realize that if a wall isn’t built, we all will be in risk of health issues. DEA’s Acting Administrator, Chuck Rosenberg said himself that it is extremely challenging and a great danger to Americans. So to conclude, a border wall would be necessary because of the health risks and dangerous acts people are making because they won’t just agree with the government’s choices.
To sum it up, there are different opinions and reasonings for the wall to be built or not. Illegal substance control is one of the many problems that the United States is having to deal with in this present time. Nevertheless, a border wall would be a good resolution because it would keep the illegal substances and their smugglers out of what the people of America call home.
