Al Qaeda terrorists hijacked four planes. Two of the planes (American airline flight 11 and united airlines flight 175) Crashed into the north and south towers of world trade center in New York City. One hour and 42 minutes after the crash of the planes both 110 stories towers collapsed resulting fire and the collapsing and damage to the other towers. Including the seven world trade center tower which has 47 stories. It is almost sixteen years since that fear was imposed on us and the age of terror began in earnest.

The morning of Tuesday September 11, 2011 is one of the biggest tradgies of all time. On this specific day four airlines were hijacked by an Islamic group that goes by the name al-Qaeda. The attacks took the lives of 2,996 innocent people, injured nearly 6,000 people, and caused at least $10 billion in infracture and property damage. These attacks, also known as the 9/11 attacks, will forever be remebered as one of the most horrific days for so many people around this world. Initally, al-Qaeda considered targeting nuclear power plants on 9/11, but decided to go against it because they feared it would get too out of control.
Causes and Consequences of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire On March 25, 1911, the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory caught fire, killing nearly one hundred and fifty workers. It has since been referred to as the “worst workplace disaster in New York City history until 9/11.” The corruption of Max Blanck and Isaac Harris, Triangle owners, and Tammany Hall permitted the horrendous working conditions in the factory which ultimately caused the Triangle fire and consequent one hundred and forty-six deaths. The individuals Dzhokhar Tsarnaev of 19 years old of age and his brother 26 year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev that made the bombs and placed them next to the finish line with went off a few seconds after each other and wounded more 260 people, "Boston Marathon Bombings". Other bombings that have happened and are happening are in Paris, France and in San Bernardino. But there is some good thing on the war on terror like the death of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan in April 20, 2011.
This is a documentary that highlights the deadliest accident that occurred in New York. This accident took place on March 25, 1911 at triangle Shirtwaist Factory. This fire spread in the factory to claim the lives of 145 workers. This deaths are looked at as the most infamous deaths since they could have been prevented. In San Francisco on April 18, 1906 at about 5:13 am a HUGE earthquake hit recorded as a 7.7-7.9 . Damaging buildings from left to right. Many poorly structured buildings collapsed causing 500 million dollars in total damage (1906 money) translated to about 8.2 billion dollars today. It was recorded that most buildings immediately caught fire which trapped the victims, about 25,000 buildings were burnt down from the fire, a total of about 490 blocks.At around 8:14 a Major aftershock hit making even more damaged building collapse. The earthquake and fires in San Francisco were recorded to be the worst natural disaster in U.S. history.
The Boston Bombing occurred during the Boston Marathon in 2013 . Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother Tamarlan set off two bombs near the finish line of the marathon, killing three people and wounding over 260 more . Tsarnvaevs older brother had been killed during a gun battle with the police and Dzokhar had later been arrested. The younger of the two brothers was then put on trial and later facing death on 17 counts and being sentenced to death. Most people thought sentencing the 21 year-old bomber to death as “a fitting punishment for this horrific crime” (Lynch, n.d.).
Once the February bombings took place a short respite ensued trailed by the U.S. 8th Air Force bombing the city with another 400 more aircraft bombers on March 2. The final punching blow came from 572 bombers from the 8th Air Force on April 17 (Vonnegut). The bombing of Dresden what is it ethical and morally right . There were four hijackers who were involved in this event. They flew the planes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon as a part of their suicide mission. As the two planes hit the north and south tower in NY, a plane attempted to hit the Pentagon in DC, the result of the terrorists actions that day were that many families lost loved ones (9/11 Facts).
