Different - not alike in character or quality; distinct in nature; dissimilar. The character, Ponyboy, from The Outsiders, is different because of going into the church and those saving little kids, another reason is at first he didn’t believe that Johnny died and he didn’t go crazy like Dally, and he went with Randy to talk about the rumble with no blade or weapon. Postmodernism basically means to the blending of styles, ideas, materials, and so forth in a way that breaks guidelines or set principles in the Art field. On account of form this could mean to a blending of prints or textures in many ways. It could also mean putting together and mixing styles altogether. They are the receptors with which we move through and understand space.
At the world conference held in Manila on tourism in 1980, importance of tourism and its effects were recognized in the declaration, which stated as; ‘’tourism is an essential activity both on the life of the nation since its direct and indirect effects on economical, social, cultural, and educational sectors of the society and their international relations’’. The Philippines has always had a rich musical history. It takes its roots from the indigenous tribes of the Philippines, who used it as a way to pass on epics and stories about gods and heroes, a way to celebrate good harvests, festivals, weddings and births, a way to mourn the dead, to court women, and a way to praise the gods. This music was then enriched by the Philippines’ western colonizers. The Spaniards imparted the zarzuela (called sarswela in the Philippines) and the rondalla, adding more Spanish touches to Filipino folk songs. The Americans, on the other hand, influenced the Philippine music scene by introducing pop and rock, eventually leading to the creation of “Pinoy pop”, which included a wide variety of forms like dance tunes, ballads, rock n’ roll, disco, jazz, and rap.
