Hurricane Grace was drifted upwards by its cold front into a warm zone of circulation of the deep cyclone on Oct 29th. The cyclone strikingly got stronger as a result of a temperature contrast between the cold air to the northwest and the warmth and humidity from the remains of hurricane Grace.
