This is because, nowadays many people are suffering from obesity especially the aged group between 25 to 34 have the second lowest rates of obesity and the middle aged group and the retirement aged are the most in risk of having obesity. Thus, as well as other country even Malaysia is now educating the society to follow the diet plans to boost a healthy lifestyle. However, many people are still having misconception that skipping breakfast meal will lead them to lose weight and get healthy weight. Unfortunately, skipping breakfast might actually tend you to consume more food and snacks during the next meal. Besides that, skipping breakfast also causes you negatively impact your mood. For an example, when students skip their breakfast meal every morning before come to school, cause them to feel drowsy and exhausted due to empty stomach. Their concentration decreases in their education and be inactive during indoor and outdoor activities of school. As outcome, they tend to eat more during their lunch or dinner meal. Consequently, they also suffer from obesity and this cause them to depressions. Hereby, the Ministry of Health Malaysia is responsible to organize National Plan of Action for Nutrition Malaysia (NPANM) a framework for action to identify food and nutrition challenges in the country. Hereby, I would like to clarify you that the core of healthy breakfast is not only drowning a cup of coffee with biscuits. Then, what is a “healthy” breakfast? Here, I have some quick ideas on healthy breakfast. Eating a healthy breakfast consist with a plate of whole grains, such as hot or cold cereals, whole-wheat rolls, low-fat protein, such as peanut butter, poultry, low-fat yogurt and cheeses with juicy fruit and vegetables will provide you with more fiber. So, you must avoid having eating more sweet and creamy buns and breads, fried and oily eggs, sausage, cakes, and soft drinks which do not procure any benefit of a healthy breakfast. In the other hand, eating nutritious breakfast provide you with vitamins and minerals that is needed for proper growth and maintenance, carbohydrate and protein metabolism, and a healthy and effective immune system. So, most of the time at the group aged of 10-15 years old, kids would always be advised to eat more healthy breakfast to provide them more protein and carbohydrate to lead a grow rapidly and healthily. Consuming juicy and fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and milk which are rich in fiber and vitamin C and D as the maximum portion in your breakfast would also help you to avoid suffering from constipation and lead to maintain have a shiny and
