IKEA is a multinational home furnishing retailer which famous for its stylish and functional products with affordable price. IKEA was first founded by Ingvar Kampard in Sweden in 1943. According to Loudenback (2016), IKEA is one of the world largest furniture retailers. Nowadays, there are totally 389 IKEA stores in 48 countries are owned and operated by 13 different groups of companies under franchise agreements with Inter IKEA Systems B.V., the owner of IKEA concept (Inter IKEA Systems B.V., 2015). Among them, the largest group is INGKA Group (IKEA Group). IKEA store is huge and very different from normal furniture store.
