The general character is that there are no difference in the use of basic vocabulary and basic sentence pattern between business correspondence vocabulary and ordinary vocabulary. In language, English and Chinese have different definitions of things thus appearing different tendencies of choose words. English prefer to use general terms, the concept of using words is blurred. Correspondence writing is a kind of practical style, compared with other styles; it is more concise to exchange information. Content must be simple and clear let readers understanding. Writers should try to express their meaning clearly, so that the other party can fully understand your views, not to produce misunderstanding.
