Phillip has not returned home since his elopement on Friday. Phillip 's mother reported, "I was on my way to take him to Lakeview to serve his suspension when Phillip got verbal aggressive; therefore, I told him to get out." Phillip called his mother the B word and threw a rock at her car when they both calm down Phillip refused to get back in the car as well as refused to wait for IIH team member to pick him. The IIH team members informed the team after the incident occur everyone went searching for Phillip at 3 different times. Phillip 's mother shared, "I feel like I am prisoner in my on house sometimes." QP has assessed Phillip has made minimal progress with improving his behavior at home and in the community, as indicated by Phillip being going for 6 days, being verbal aggressive towards his mother, and refuses to comply with household rules.

The court counselor confirmed, "Phillip is in violation of his probation because he missed curfew." The counselor court stated, "I have to go back to court to ask for a secure custody warrant, so Phillip cannot be detained as of now." The court counselor said, "Due to Phillip violating his probation she can extend his case by 6 months or terminate his current case and start over for another 12 months." The team agreed to proceed with out of home placement due to safe concerns of Phillip being in the community without any supervision. The team planned to refer Phillip to Eckerd and Timber Ridge. The team will continue to reach out to Phillip and encourage him to return home. Phillip has a medication management appointment schedule for November 8th as well as court date for November 15th in adult court. Successful CC =1 CM received a call from Katlyn (Clinician at EMYL) informing CM that Tavian will have a new clinician at the end of October. Katlyn stated she will keep CM updated on the new clinician at a later date. CM was informed that Tavian is has been involved in gang affiliation and Katlyn does not agree with Tavian going home on passes. In regards to the Brent Small case, I personally believe that Mr. Smalls shouldn't be found guilty due to the lack of evidence. Although there was a witness who saw what happened, the evidence isn’t consistent with the case. The vehicle did match the description but the witness was unsure of the license plate and the damage to the vehicle isn’t significant to the crime committed. I don't believe that the evidence is strong enough to convict Mr. Smalls.
