Nestle is the well-known company in the world’s leading food company since it was set up by Henri Nestle to provide an infant food product. It has been associated with high quality customer and consumer focused products. Nestle has focused on becoming a nutrition health and wellness company. Nestle earned the trust and respect of society because Nestle insists in all aspects of its business and expects the same in relationships. Nestle has also played a role in environment conversation and social development. A business may have to dramatically change the operating strategy as a result of changes in the technological environment that affects how a company will do business because external factors in technology that impact business operation. Nestle had harmful image and is the target of a boycott because Nestle created and marketed infant formula as a substitute to human milk that cause the boycott milk scandal . Nestle contributes to the unnecessary death and suffering of infants. Although Nestle has implemented eco friendly packaging and improved on nutritional values they still gain criticism for their weak implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). For example to improve animal welfare are dehorning and disbudding without anesthetic. There are unsatisfactory cleanliness of farm animal enclosures and waste management. For waste management practices, the factory should avoid sending waste to landfill; using the waste hierarchy to reuse, recycle and recover .For example reuse the IT equipment, recycle the cardboard, plastic and glass, recover resources waste being used as fuel. There are some area of improvement with respect to the labor standards at farms assessed which primarily related to employees working hour and insufficient
