Please accept this message as an email resignation from the CUNY Service Corps program. My class schedule doesn't allow me to complete/ work 12 hrs per week required for students during the course of the program. In a week my class schedule only allows me to complete 3 hrs which is less than the 12 hours p/w required for the program. I even miss the days of training at my placement because of class schedule. I tried my best to fulfill with the requirements of the program, but for me school is a priority. I'm honored to have been part of this propitious program. Even though my time in the program was short I got to experienced things, and learned skills that I believe wouldn't have been able to experience in other program. I appreciate the

I feel grateful for the guidance and friendship that my advisors at Park have given me. While there are many things I hope my next advisor learns about me, and there are two important things I would like my Dana Hall advisor to know about me. Over the years, I have grown passionates for many different hobbies. I have always had a passion for arts and craft and I started doing more in second grade After a long day at school, I began to attend crocheting lessons as something fun and relaxing.
In the program, you have to write articles and every time I write one, I can see that I am improving and using larger vocabulary. Also, if I had been in the program longer, I would have been more prepared to run for New York State Dairy Princess. I did not have as much knowledge as the girls who have been in the program longer than me. If I had a do-over, I would have had more knowledge and would have known how the program would change me
Joining the sisterhood of Kappa Kappa Gamma has enhanced my life in many ways. Throughout the past year, I not only met the friends that will be with me for the rest of my life, but met the people I call family. Every member of this sisterhood has encouraged me to be a better version of myself. In particular, this past semester, living in the chapter house and being surrounded by this amazing family throughout most of my day has increased by GPA, improved my mental and physical health, and decreased the stress that comes with being in college.
I, once again, would like to reiterate the honor I feel in receiving this scholarship and how my education has been one of the saving aspects of my
I loved this program, because it allowed me to get out there in my community and help give people with mental and/ or physical disabilities, live out there dream. From being a unified partner with their bowling team, to being a unified runner on their Track and field team, to just giving my time as a volunteer helping with the events logistics, it is one program, I am glad i'm affiliated
Dear the National Honor Society selection committee, Thank you for the great honor of being invited to apply for membership to such a well-respected and incredible organization. I am very excited about this opportunity as it presents an optimal way in which to further my passion of expanding my mind and bettering my community. Since I entered high school, I have pursued this by taking all honors classes and any Advanced Placement classes offered to me each year. Although sometimes I was not always entirely sure what to expect walking into each class, and of course there have been classes I like more than others, there is no class I regret taking because each and every one has opened my mind up to a new way of thinking.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to possibly be a part of National Junior Honor Society. I would appreciate being able to be a part of this group to help better the school and it’s environment for people that work there. This would give me a chance to give back to the school district that has gotten me where I am today and has taught me so much. Scholarship, leadership, character, service, and citizenship are qualities not normally seen in every child today and are big shoes to fill.

Aguila Youth Leadership Institute has taught me many things over the last two years I have been part of it. I have learned many things from how to make myself look better in front of colleges to how to be confident in myself and where I come from. I came into Aguila knowing very little and since then I have learned lessons that will help me now and later in my life. To pay it forward with what I have learned in Aguila I will tell people about this and how it is not just about getting help for college like some people think it is, it is about helping yourself build a future for yourself and generations to come. Furthermore, I will pay it forward by coming back and helping those who are helping me right
