INTRODUCTION AND KEY FEATURES:
The Canon EOS M6 is a compact 24MP APS-C mirrorless (interchangeable lens) digital camera with a touch screen interface and a twin dial controls. It is modelled after the EVF-equipped EOS M5 and takes an updated form of the M3’s body. With Canon following up on their mirrorless camera, the old c EOS M5, the Canon EOS M6, is actually the successor to the M3. Though the M6 and M5 cameras alike especially considering the internal features, they differ also in numerous ways. CONNECTIVITY, BATTERY AND STORAGE
The Canon EOS M6 has wireless capabilities with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC. It is compatible with smart devices and can communicate with the Canon Camera Connect application. It offers image transferring and remote control capabilities. Like the M5, the Canon EOS M6 can also transfer images to another Wi-Fi compatible Camera or even connect to your Smartphone via an always-on Bluetooth connection.
The Camera is powered by a rechargeable LP-E17 lithium-ion battery. When using the built-in monitor, the camera can go up to 295 shots using a CIPA-rated battery life. The battery life can go down gradually to 290 shots when using an optional electronic viewfinder.
The Canon EOS M6 uses a single card slot to store images and videos which are compatible with SD/SDHC/SDXC cards.
