Some people have different goals than others. Some have career goals, and some have ordinary job goals and others have school goals. Picking a career is a hard decision to make. To some people, choosing a job based on economic wellness is very important. To others, being happy with a job is more significant than money but it is not that easy to just jump in to a field of study and not be happy with it. If I want to get my Associate Degree in International Business, the classes I need to take are: Fundamentals of finance, International business basics, Economics, International business law, and International marketing. By taking those classes it may also be sufficient to open the door to entry-level career opportunities all on its own, but what I want is continue my studies and get my bachelor’s Degree. If so, I need to take Global finances, International management, Marketing in a multinational setting, International economics, and Cultural norms. One of my expectations that I have about this career is to have a good schedule where I can develop other activities. After reading this paper you will know about the two careers I chose to research for this project. Based on the results of my MBTI and Interest Inventory test and my personal interest, the two careers that had were listed and caught my attention were Forensic Anthropologist and School Psychologist. My MBTI (personality test) report shows that I am an Introvert, Intuitive, Feeler, and lastly a Perceiver. The six cluster in the interest inventory model was realistic, conventional, enterprising, social, artistic, and investigative. the results were based on my responses to the 75 questions, it is determined that my primary and secondary interest areas were in artistic and social.
Going into my senior year of high school, I was forced to make some fairly large decisions about my future, as were most teens my age. Before making the decision to attend California University of Pennsylvania, I was looking into what career was best for me, and what I wanted to achieve in my educational career.
