Career counselling accentuate a life-span and holistic way where trained career coaches helps clients to clarify, define, implement, and adjust to work related issues or decisions. Career counselling addresses the interaction of work with other life characters. The purpose of this career counselling assessment is to provide measurements that are valid and reliable.
