4. DISCUSSION On top of all the system mentioned, latest Canada government system is the one that draw our attention the most. Politically Canada is one of the most respected nations in the world. Outliers shows us how in every major success story, there are a few key outliers that make the biggest of differences. Maple leaves were used in coats of arms granted in 1868 to Ontario and Québec and the Canadian coat of arms granted in 1921. The leaf was used on regimental badges in WWI and WWII and was confirmed as an official national symbol in 1965 with the proclamation of the national flag.

Towards the end of war Canada introduces taxes, profit taxes and other government services like that for the people still at back home. Another representing moment for Canada when it started producing basic equipment of the modern trench warfare, Canada started getting involved in shipping for countless shells overseas including aircrafts, ships, trucks and other weaponry rolled off the lines. I would like to express my enthusiasm in applying for the Non-Immigrant Officer (NIO) position posted on Government of Canada’s website. I was born and raised in China mainland until the age of 18, and immigrated to Canada with my family in 2010. I’ve lived, studied and worked in this diverse and inclusive nation during the past seven years and proudly became a Canadian citizen last year. I have the experience of working in MOSAIC, a government funded non-profit organization, and I’m very familiar with both Canadian and Chinese cultural backgrounds. I also have a strong interest in law, public policy, and immigrant rights.
