On 3/22/17 at 10:57 AM, Safety Specialist Matthew Marciano notified Security Account Manager Enmanuel Cabrera that, a truck driver drop his trailer onto his 5 wheel while attempting to pull out of dock door 9. Then, A/M Cabrera made his way to location of the accident to gather the information needed and take pictures. Upon arriving at the location of the incident, A/M Cabrera made contact with Celadon driver Robert Michael Rasppery, driving Celadon tractor 570620, and attempting to pull Celadon trailer 253920. Upon speaking to the driver, he stated that he attempt to depart out of door dock 9 with the trailer in question, and did not properly attach to the trailer to the tractor, so the trailer suddenly detached and fell on to his 5th

Once in route they said that the another alarm was pulled down the street from the first one and the engine requested police the meet them at the first fire alarm to see if it was just an afa or if it was actually a real fire. Once on scene the engine noticed that there was a crowd of people in the street and so the capt. went up to see what was going on he requested an ambulance and a rescue for a person stuff underneath a car on the side of the street. So when the engine was waiting for the rescue and ambulance to get there they checked the other alarm and that was just a AFA and nothing was needed

Edwards was in the Walmart parking lot with a White male subject, later identified as, Craig Michael Brown. Edwards advised me that Brown was littering in the parking lot and harassing customers for money. Edwards was requesting that Brown be trespassed. Brown admitted to littering in the parking lot, but he denied asking customers for money.
I explained to THOMPSON why he was being stopped which was in reference to a hit and run he was involved in on October 14. THOMPSON stated he does recall that day striking the van on Highland St. but it was only his mirrior that struck the van. I advised THOMPSON I am not the investigating officer of the incident. Mr. Ruther advised between 1600 and 1700 hours on 01/20/2016, an unknown suspect stole the tag off of his flatbed trailer while is was stopped in traffic at the noted intersection. He said he did not see who ripped the tag off of the trailer, but he felt his truck shake while he was sitting in it.
Officers learned that the silver Subaru was the vehicle that struck Agnes. Agnes was concsious and alert when I arrived on scene. I observed a facial laceration in the area of Agnes ' forehead which was actively bleeding and formed a small puddle of blood on the roadway. There was an individual on scene prior to police arrival who placed a rag on Agnes ' head and held pressure on the wound until an ambulance arrived. When Shenandoah Ambulance arrived on scene they assessed Agnes ' injuries.
On 3/23/16 at 9:26 P.M, Transship Desk Clerk Eric Warrior notified Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera, that a truck driver backed into a stationary trailer that was located on fence line in the Truck Yard. Upon entering the truck yard, S/S Cabrera was met by Bar Nunn trucking’s driver Joyce Alhelo. The driver stated that while backing Bar Nunn trailer 13167 into slip location F927, she accidently hit Bell trucking’s trailer 1305 on the passenger side. Then, S/S Cabrera took pictures of the damage that was caused.

The first time being a polaroid, where Timothy Cole was facing forward while the mugshots of the other photos were facing to the side; the second time she identified Cole was in a lineup. With absolute certainty on Mallin’s part, Mallin picked out Timothy Cole as her attacker and rapist in both instances.
