A man is behind bars after trying to kidnap a four-month-old baby. The nanny had taken the baby out to the park. The man attempted to snatch the baby out of the stroller. The baby 's name is Carmen Perez. She had worked for the family for less than two weeks when the incident occurred. The man pushed Carmen to the ground, but she managed to fight him off.
