A man is behind bars after trying to kidnap a four-month-old baby. The nanny had taken the baby out to the park. The man attempted to snatch the baby out of the stroller. The baby 's name is Carmen Perez. She had worked for the family for less than two weeks when the incident occurred. The man pushed Carmen to the ground, but she managed to fight him off. The stroller fell over, and it still had the baby inside of it. Carmen stated that she was frightened. She thought that the man was going to take the baby and hurt her. She screamed, and bystanders heard her scream. They called the police. One of the people who heard Carmen screaming was a security guard. The security guard managed to detain the man until the police arrived and arrested him.
