SUMMARY
Originally Carrie Milk Products Pty. Ltd was developed rapidly, and within a few years the company became a multimillionaire. Now it has many branches across Australia. The company started with the production of simple milk, but now they produce not only a large range of milk, but also butter, cheese, yogurt and other dairy products.
For large companies that tend to use different programs to bring the company in order. This report describes the different software, description of the process models and their use in the company. And as it turned out, system tools built on Web 2.0 can also affect the performance of the company.
Here is considered several ways to increase the performance of the company, and the ability to withdraw "CMP" to a new level in the Australian Market. The software described in the report should be seriously considered in the company.

If we had been able to play one or even two additional rounds; our strategy would have been to increase the automation of our products to lower their costs and increase our contribution margin. This would have put us on a more comparable path of the computer teams. To stay on track with our previous decision, we would have introduced additional products either in the high-end markets to continue our strategized shift. The trick would have been repositioning the products as they moved to different segments.

You probably do not notice it, but everywhere you turn you see an advertisement of some sort. You see them on billboards as you are driving in your car, you see them on the television when you are watching TV, and you see them in magazines and newspapers when you are reading. In all of the advertisements you see every day almost all of them include some kind of rhetorical devices. Rhetoric is the art of using language effectively so as to persuade or influence others. Most advertisements include rhetorical devices because it has been proven that “advertisement that incorporate rhetorical devices perform better than advertisements that do not for both measurement of recall and persuasion” (Tom, 42).
Leading up to 2012, Diamond Food's had been a rising superstar on Wall Street. The company transformed itself from a sleepy cooperative nut distributor to a 21st century snack power house. While some of that transformation was done organically through better marketing and margin expansion, most of the company's transformation was done through acquisitions. Mr. Mendes, the CEO of Diamond, believed that better prospects lie outside the wholesale industry and refocused the company on the providing relatively healthy snack options at grocery stores. In the broad sense Diamond had been doing well up until 2011, but it would not last.
The topic of chocolate milk can be thought of in many different ways. But a very significant topic is brought up various times, including student debates. Should chocolate milk be served in schools? I believe that chocolate milk should be served in schools. In this company the president and chief executive officer were the same person and he/she was responsible for the overall activities of the company. This condition led me towards problem related with shortage of time at the time of submission of the project.
