The Lopez family came over to visit and to get a hair free cut for their son, Sebastian. The family consists of Mr. and Mrs. Lopez, Isabella, and Sebastian. The rest of the family lives in Mexico and they visit them once a year. Sebastian is 5 years old the youngest child. Sebastian was diagnosed with Autism a year and a half ago.
Cabo Wabo and Captiva Around five years, ago my extended family and I decided to go to Captiva Island together as a family trip during Thanksgiving. We stayed in a house called Cabo Wabo. Cabo Wabo is a big, bright yellow house. This trip is a little fuzzy, because it was over four years ago. But, we had so much fun on that trip, we decided to go again last year.
Saint Patrick’s Day is very special for me, the day I was born, March 17, 1999. I was born and raised in Henrico, Virginia. My oldest sister, Katie, is five years older than me. We were all one, big, happy family. The divorce was experienced when I was seven; I was not able to understand the effects of this event.
Patricia always makes time for me by taking me to the movies, out to dinner, or to CCC fundraising events. She has become for me and all the kids in Mason County a symbol of what a true hero is. One of the ways Patricia keeps the CCC funded is through Lemonade stands. Her lemonade stand idea came about via the book “Alex and the Lemonade Stand), this book is about a little girl who raised millions of dollars to help kids with cancer. Every year Patricia organizations the Lemonade stands around Mason county and every year they raise over $5,000.
On Monday November 7th, Mary Ward’s Gay-Straight Alliance club kickstarted the school’s second annual GSA week with the celebration of their birthday. The week was a momentous occasion for the group and the students because it provided opportunity for discussion and education about the LGBTQ+ community. Our school was lucky enough to have a week run and created by the GSA, wherein the group’s goals of education, inclusiveness, and the celebration of differences, were carried out. During the week, numerous topics were covered. The club began on Monday by celebrating the fourth anniversary of their creation, reflecting on the group’s history, and looking back on its formation.

I had to return to school the following week, which happened to be the week of my eighth grade graduation. I had been looking forward to this event for three years, and now I had to crutch my way on the gym, up to the podium to get my awards, and during our choir’s last show. My father and I were filled with joy and excitement and we agreed to their offer. This was like a dream come true. I was going to play for the team whose rivals, Manchester United declined to give my dad a spot on their team. It did not take time me a long time to move up teams. After a year of hard work, persistence and motivation from my dad, Man City signed me on a 5-year contract to play for their A- team.
