Bettie wants to clean her lunchbox with three or more verbal prompts at 100% accuracy this quarter. She had a success rate of 87% in November, 86% in December, and 75% in January. Bettie 's percentages were slightly lower this quarter. Bettie needed mostly verbal prompts to dispose of old items/trash. She needed verbal and modeling prompts to wipe and clean out her lunchbox which caused her percentage to drop below 100% this quarter. On occasion, Bettie needs reminders to remove and dispose of opened snack bags or have eaten items as she can replace them with new items. She may need counseling but she eventually understands it is better to have fresh snacks instead of old ones. Bettie will sometimes toss her lunchbox on top of the refrigerator
