In this case we have chosen to study the

Pizza
Company.

Simply because it is a business that we all know and which we consumed the products. It seemed interesting to look at the organizational system of a company we used to use the services. So here comes the story of the birth and evolution of

American
restaurant chain and international franchise pizza delivery corporation. It was funded in 1960 when Tom
Monaghan
and his brother purchased DomiNick’s a small pizza store.
In
1965, the funder renamed the business in
Domino’s
Pizza when an employee suggested this name to Monaghan.
In
1983
Domino’s
opened its first international store in Canada; it’s the beginning of an enormous internationalization. Indeed, nowadays Domino’s is present worldwide (franchised stores in
70
countries).We can precise that by
2014
the company had grown to
6,000
international locations. Concerning resale, in
1998
after
38
years of ownership,
Domino 's founder announced his retirement and sold
93
percent of the company to
Bain
Capital,
Inc.
for about $1 billion. But in 2004 the business went public.
