Yesterday, Sloan Jackson, age 18 was put on trial for stealing a shirt from Famous Fashions in Merchandise Mall. He supposedly ran out of the store with a lump (which was the same color as the stolen shirt) in his jacket to go to Record Mart because there was a big sale going on. He then was found sitting next to the yogurt stand and the shirt was found in a trash barrel near the yogurt stand. He then ran away from the security guard but he was in the end caught and brought back to the store to return the shirt. At the trial yesterday the jury came to a verdict of being guilty after talking in the jury room for about 10 minutes.

He was one of the most vulnerable Democrats, running in a conservative state against someone who had been in politics for longer than he had, so how did he keep his position in the United States Senate? Montana is a

On the local level, people are very free to express themselves. Mr. Williams’ current firm does not handle the corrupted system in DeKalb country, but they are aware of the corruption. Mr. Williams feels like the mentality and civil culture that sustains a democracy has dissipated. He is deeply suspicious of people who want to run for public office.
McConnell chose to use his political power in the hopes of bringing female voters to the Republican cause, especially within the framework of a less radical view of women I the workplace and in education. In regards to the Brent Small case, I personally believe that Mr. Smalls shouldn't be found guilty due to the lack of evidence. Although there was a witness who saw what happened, the evidence isn’t consistent with the case. The vehicle did match the description but the witness was unsure of the license plate and the damage to the vehicle isn’t significant to the crime committed. I don't believe that the evidence is strong enough to convict Mr. Smalls.
Her ideas and strategies are similar to the former elected Attorney General of Massachusetts Martha Coakley. Unlike her Republican opponent, John B. Miller, she makes her position known relating to hot button topics in today’s world. She fought a long and hard campaign against a fellow Democrat, Warren Tolman for the chance to battle Republican John B. Miller, who faced very little opposition being the only Republican in the primary. Due to her campaigning against her Democrat colleague, she was able to receive more media attention, making her a household name and a shoo-in for Attorney General in Massachusetts. John B. Miller may not have gained the stamina that Maura Healy gained during the primary elections, but his campaigning to take the politics out of the Attorney General’s office has caused a stir among the middle and lower class residents of Massachusetts.
The criminal case I have selected for this assignment is on Justin Morton; who at the age of fourteen years old Morton was the first youth convicted of first-degree murder section 231 CC. Although, The report show that the young man was raised in a healthy and supportive home with his mother and father. In spite of this, Justin expresses to his psychiatrist his impulse and desire for inflicting pain on others; he claims to have no remorse for the murder of Eric Levrack. Not to mention, He also voiced to former classmates that "Eric was annoying, always invading his space. "As a matter of fact, after the killing on April 1, 2003, Morton had turned himself in, he described the event as an open game of trust just before he strangled Eric with a belt.
