Manusia akan sentiasa berlumba antara satu sama lain untuk mendapatkan kepentingan diri dan ingin mencapai matlamat mereka sendiri. Seperti yang kita tahu konflik yang paling besar dan berbahaya adalah antara negeri yang merupakan perang yang melibatkan banyak individu. Apa yang dimaksudkan dengan perang? Menurut Kamus Oxford pengertian perang adalah keadaan konflik bersenjata antara negara atau negeri yang berlainan atau kumpulan yang berbeza dalam sebuah negara atau negeri. Kumpulan pengganas akan menggunakan cara merampas, pembunuhan, penyeksaan, pengeboman, penculikan, dan serangan bersenjata . Sebagai contoh pengeboman yang berlaku di Bali pada tahun 2002 yang melibatkan 202 orang terkorban dan 209 orang tercedera. Kebanyakan jumlah mangsa pengeboman adalah di kalangan warga asing. Peristiwa ini dianggap sebagai tindakan terrorisme yang terburuk di Indonesia. Terrorisme pada abad ke-21 ini lebih menyifatkan kegunaan teknologi bagi memudahkan serangan keganasan dan mengurangkan jumlah kematian anggota pengganas. Justeru, kumpulan pengganas akan merekrut anggota yang mahir dalam bidang teknologi dan melatih anggota yang lain bagi memahiri kemahiran tersebut. Medium teknologi yang sering digunakan adalah melalui laman sesawang. Kumpulan al-Qaeda menjadikan laman sesawang Yahoo bagi menyebarkan idealogi melalui penghantaran email. Specifically, in Attawapiskat, a community located in the western Hudson Bay Lowland, they are facing a housing crisis. The housing conditions aren’t liveable, with one house containing 1 family including, immediate and non-immediate family. Families aren’t just living in houses, they are living in used donated trailers. The houses don’t have access to running clean water, or a significant source of heat.
