Introduction Cathy Bevin was born as the secant oldest of four children on April 8 1954, to a farmer and his wife. She married in her eerily twenties to Daniel Bevin. They four children of her own Edith (Edie), Edwin (Eddy), Dawnita, and Keith (Kenny). Cathy had a close relationship with her older brother and help him raise his five children as well as her own four. Cathy has lived through the deaths of her parents, husband, older brother, grandson, two of her nephews and a baby nieces.

We are here to celebrate the life of Grace Burns. Mrs. Burns was born in Oakdale, TN near Harriman and when young her family moved to Pennington Gap in Lee County, VA where she was reared. After marrying Mr. Carl Burn they moved to Lebanon in the 1950s and then to Banner Street and then to Duff Street in the late 1970s where she has lived since then. Mr. and Mrs. Burns and their boys became part of the fabric and web of connection here in Lebanon. I have known Mrs. Burns most of my life, and I cannot remember not knowing her.

I, Makayla Taylor, am writing this Character Reference for Myrtle and David Parsons in refence of their relationship with their granddaughter Isabella Cavazos. I have known their daughter Rebecca Parsons since high school in 2012. While studying at College we reconnected through a class in the Fall of 2015 and since that time I have been given the privilege to have gotten very close to this precious family. David and Myrtle recently lost their only son in August 2016. Despite all things, they have maintained a stable, warm and loving home for Rebecca and Isabella.
