On February 20, 2018, at approximately 1448 hours, Investigator Mems conducted a recorded interview with witness, Autumn George, at Pulaski County Criminal Investigations Division. Ms. George agreed to make a statement in reference to an aggravated robbery which occurred at 2800 East Dixon Road in Little Rock, AR (Jerry Deli). Alice Odom walked into the Gautier Police Department to report that someone had rifled through her vehicle, 1997 Mercedes and took $50.00. Odom said that there were four vehicles parked in the yard of her residence at 3140 Breakwater Dr. All four of the vehicles were rifled through, but Odom only had money taken from one of the vehicles. The incident happened between 8:00 p.m on 10/03/2016 and 5:15 a.m. on 10/04/2016.

On Friday, May 26,2017, at 1222 hours, Officer Hudgins and myself, Officer Alexander, responded to a domestic dispute on 3408 Seabass Rd. Upon arrival, both the witness and the suspect were sitting on the front porch. The victim was inside the resident at the time. The parties were brought outside, identified and separated for interviewing. The victim was identified as Olivia Reynolds.
On December 21, 2007 at four thirty or so in the afternoon, just before the sun began to set, Officer Jack Jones was notified by Mrs. Janet Parson, the department dispatcher, that someone had been shot at the Ralph’s supermarket, down the road from the Pressly Dry Cleaning store, in Irvine, CA. The Ralph’s is located on the West side of Walnut Boulevard, and fafces, Culver Ave. ; sitting right next door to a Starbucks coffee shop. Its address is 1609 Culver Ave.
In a tragic series of events, 36 year old Gaven Brooks was brutally murdered, by means of a single gunshot to the back of his head, and later found in a field twenty miles north of the town he lived in. Investigators are trying to piece together exactly what happened by using the evidence gathered from the crime scene, and from information given to them by means of close friends and relatives. Landmark Supreme Court Case – Miranda v. Arizona As stated in the Fourteenth Amendment, “no state shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law” (School). Police officers work non-stop, around the clock to only detain, arrest, and covict criminals. The restrictions of abusing victims rights have been part of the United States since the Bill of Rights but this view changed in the 1960s. Due to the fact that crime was rising in the 1960s, public satefy was becoming more of a concern so officers needed a method to reduce crime in the public.
Mr. Stevens isn’t guilty. The evidence against Stevens wasn’t foolproof. The Prosecutor didn’t have enough compelling evidence against him that couldn’t be contradicted. The officers, and everyone on the case, tried too hard to find the culprit, and with that overlooked facts. Didn’t look at all possible evidence, and dismissed the idea of another suspect altogether.
I, Jerry Spradlin, am an Investigator with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office. The following statement is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. On 05/08/2014, Joey Brewer filed a report with the PCSO in reference to a vehicle being stolen from his car lot. Mr. Brewer advised responding deputies that a white male drove onto the lot in a red Ford Ranger (which was confirmed stolen out of Jacksonville) and asked to test drive a 1999 Gold Jeep (VIN: 1J4GW58S6XC565775/ Valued at $5000.00). Mr. Brewer allowed the male to do so and after three hours the male had not returned.
Henke and the female and identified her as Velazquez. Sgt. Henke had consent to search for Velazquez. I watched Velazquez in front of Sgt.
He pulled up, jumped out and grabbed her. When she screamed, Kevil immediately called the police. Kevil was the only witness to the crime. Kevil described the truck as being dark like black, and the abductor to be white or hispanic.
At approximately 0000 on the morning of 7/16/2017 Tami Raines called S/O Ubbes at the security desk to report suspicious activity in the South Garage. Ubbes immediately dispatched Shift Supervisor Riddle and S/O Miller to respond. Upon arriving at the South Garage Riddle and Miller began a floor by floor search making sure to check every hiding place and stairwell. Upon reaching the top Riddle and Miller concluded the individual was not in the parking garage. Ubbes began reviewing the camera footage while Riddle went and talked with Tami.

According to the Portsmouth Police’s probable cause summary, a black male identified in a video was observed exiting the rear passenger side of a Honda Pilot with a Tommy Hilfiger’s red jacket. The jacket matched the description which the victim provided. Aronte Neshawn Sharpe was identified as the individual wearing the jacket and posing in the jacket while leaving a store (7-11). He also was observed in possession of the jacket while looking into a video screen according the probable cause summary. The report stated the victim was contacted by Detective Baker, Portsmouth Police to see if the jacket belonged to her.
Paul Stine drove a block past the original destination, and the passenger shot the driver once in the head with a 9mm Luger pistol and took his keys and wallet and took a piece of Stine’s bloodstained shirt.
