The color of the wall and its fixtures are pale. The room is not properly organized that causes the room to darken with shadows.

In the balcony, there are heaps of cigarette ends and ashes on the floor because the hotel’s smoking policies are not strict enough. Smokers keep tolerating such behaviour due to the failure of the hotel to rigorously monitor the cleanliness of its premises.

The faucets and plumbs are rusty that causes harmful effects to the health condition of the guests. Cracks are also indicated in tubs, tiles and other comfort room fixtures. There’s no window, this will plausibly suffocate the guest.
The interior design is also old fashion that seriously requires massive renovation.
Britannia Hampstead Hotel is badly in need of renovation, not only that but it is very unkempt. However, the researchers will not go to the extent that they are suggesting to close the hotel for full renovation in order not to sacrifice the overall operation of the

As what the researchers found out, Britannia Hampstead Hotel has a very frail and unhygienic environment and their management doesn’t even take actions to address the problems.
Thus, the researchers are also suggesting to have a proper management in Britannia Hampstead Hotel especially in administering their engineering and maintenance department to repair and renovate their interior facilities. Considering that it gained a lot of complaints with regards to their interior facilities such as their rooms, reception and lobby. In addition to this, the researchers are also suggesting to have quality standards and qualifications in hiring their employees to avoid un-oriented staff that may add in ruining the hotels reputation.
