In “Role of Organizational Flexibility for Corporate Entrepreneurship: Case Study of FedEx Corporation,” the article conducted a sample of interviews from FedEx to find out more information about the flexibility that FedEx gives to their employees. This article looks at the history of FedEx and compares it with the information gained in the interviews and other observations. From this article, I have learned more about management support, flexible boundaries within the organization, and other practices at FedEx. Through research on the organizational flexibility and corporate entrepreneurship I learned more about FedEx’s product success. The article also did a case study on FedEx to understand how they have become one of America’s top companies. From this scholarly article, I learned more about the organizational flexibility that FedEx practices and how it has led to their success. I have also learned about the strategic processes that have contributed to new business development within FedEx. This article comes from a trustworthy source and gives me a better perspective on the flexibility given to employees as they work and make decisions for FedEx.
