However, imperfection of current information system will be the biggest obstacle for them to expand their business. Customers need to fill in form manually, waiting for long queue, and staffs need to process forms one by one. It takes longer time for them, especially when the staffs have to key in orders made by customers manually and also record orders regularly. Customers have to always order early since they need quite a long time to process their order since everything is done manually, and they need to wait for their turn to process their orders. There are also do not have a platform to inform customers if their orders are in process, pending due to lack of stock or have been done. There would also be a problem for them if sometimes the staffs lost the ordering forms and confusion therefore will be created. For them to communicate, they can only use phone call, email or mailing. Phone call is the most common method; however, problems occur whenever customers or staffs do not pick up the phone. They cannot leave any message if something urgent happens. For mailing, they need even a longer time, at least for a few days to receive the mails or sometimes they may fail to receive them.
