General Conclusion For PepsiCo based on the external analysis PepsiCo Corporate Strategy My personnel recommendation in PepsiCo Strategy is decreasing impacts of environmental effects on production although it’s impossible to totally wipe out the effects they should at least try to decrease the effect. Since they are multinational company base in USA, and USA is the cause of 30% of environmental effect globally. It will improve PepsiCo reputation, when reputation improves, the income will improve accordingly.Which is a forwards integration strategy. The younger generation are much aware of environmental change and how this cooperate world is effecting it. This carbonated drink can be wipe out by time or even ban in some countries. They can more innovated in producing greener or healthier products which they are already doing but they must enforce more products as a Concentric diversification.
