August 9, 2015 From: Svetlana Psareva To: The parent or guardian of Andrew Miller Dear Parent or guardian, Your child Andrew has been a concern to us over the course of the school year. Andrew has been disrespectful towards his teachers and his classmates. We have given him warnings, one on one discussions, and lunch detention, but he continued on with his behavior. We feel that it is important for the parent to be aware of this concern. The behavior that Andrew displaced towards his teachers and classmates will be listed below. We believe if Andrew’s behavior continues it will hinder other students from learning to their best of abilities. These are the behaviors we have observed on a daily or weekly basis: Rude comments towards teachers

In exchange for his guilty plea, related charges of aggravated vehicular assault and passing in an intersection were dismissed. On Summers' behalf, attorney Michael Boeske said his client is remorseful and realizes the seriousness of the incident.

Mr. Miller should be found guilty of second degree murder for murdering his wife, Mrs. Miller. There are many inconsistencies in his story as well as evidence supporting that he murdered his wife. Mr. Miller called the police at 6:02pm saying his wife screamed at 5:35pm and found her face down in the grass. If that is the case, then what did Mr. Miller do in the half hour before calling the police? When the police got there they heard him unlock the back door which would be unlocked from Mrs. Miller running out back.
Evan Miller, who killed Cole Cannon with the help of another boy, should be tried as a juvenile. Until the age of 21 Evan Miller should focus on counseling and rehabilitation at a juvenile facility. He would then later be moved to an adult facility with a 5-10 years sentence and have a chance of parole. Evan Miller is only a 14-year-old teen and this one action should not dictate the rest of his life. He should be given the chance to write his wrong and understand his actions through rehabilitation.
The Crucible Throughout The crucible, written by Arthur Miller, many people who did not have power but through others suspicions, became the center of addition in the town. The crucible was a series of trials based solely on the vengeance of others resulting in many innocent people being killed. People used the suspicions of others to their benefit and gain of power in order to kill those they dislike. People within the eyes of the law murdered others who were innocent to crimes they did not commit. A witch hunt within the small town of Salem was underway sparking the fire of accusation among one another resulting in the death of many.
The Salem Witch Trials forced townspeople to lie and possibly lead another to death or deny accusations and get hung as a result. In The Crucible by Arthur Miller, people with authority in Salem make unfair decisions in order to punish those that have been accused of witchcraft. Judges knew the hangings were wrong, but continued to hang innocent townspeople. In The Crucible, Arthur Miller shows hypocrisy, judgment, and abuse of power throughout the town of Salem by explaining people’s lies and accusations in the play. Authorities in Salem were not truthful, felt little sorrow for their wrongdoings, and used their power to their advantag,in a bad way.
He is almost always the one who starts the fights (Criterion 2). He likes to pick on little kids and is happy when they cry. Teachers at school stated that he picks on one of the handicapped kid, who is in a wheelchair. He has taken some of her things away from her (Criterion 6) and tried to tip over her wheelchair (Criterion A1 and 4). Damien has been skipping school since the age of 9 (Criterion A15) and he is failing (Criterion B).
1. What are the primary issues in this scenario and what information is Principal Miller likely to need in order to demonstrate appreciation for and sensitivity to the diversity in the school community? The primary issues are the quality of instruction received by all students and Principal Miller’s lack of knowledge regarding the political, social, economic, and cultural context of the community. To gain a better understanding of the issues, Mr. Miller will need to collect and review data.
Minorities have been repressed for many years all over the world. They were treated as inferior and possibly will be for many years to come. There’s Hispanics, Native Americans, African Americans, Asian, and Indians and many more. Women have been repressed for far longer and continue to be treated as inferior because of how women have been raised believing they must do what men want them to. Due to this females are treated differently from males whether it’s a colored female or white females, women are treated as lesser beings to men.
Everyone longs for success. They desire the acceptance and approval for following their moral compass, being rewarded, and being acknowledged. However, one cannot maintain success without a purposeful and achievable position of power. In The Crucible by Arthur Miller the power of society is bound upon a pronounced hierarchy. Men naturally are deemed as having higher status than women in society.

My Reflection of Real Talk for Real Teachers Real Talk for Real Teachers written by Rafe Esquith has been thought provoking as well as entertaining to read. I have learned a great deal from reading this book and I hope to implement a few of his ways in my future classroom. I can relate too many of the stories that have been told in this book because this is real life in a school environment. I would like to break my summary down chapter by chapter.
