Introduction

Petron Corporation Malaysia is growing rapidly to Asian Oil Company. The company is control by CEO, Mr. Ramon S. Ang [Diagram 1] from Philippine. In 1893, it was first established Standard Vacuum Oil Company and the product of standard oil was first sold in Peninsular Malaysia. In 1961, Esso Standard Malaya was established and construction started on Esso’s Port Dickson Refinery. This big project spends RM50-million at the time.
Esso Standard Malaysia Berhad (EMB) was officially renamed to Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd in July 2012.Next, the following subsidiaries of Petron Corporation also renamed to Petron Fuel International Sdn Bhd and Petron Oil (M) Sdn Bhd.
