In regards to the Brent Small case, I personally believe that Mr. Smalls shouldn't be found guilty due to the lack of evidence. Although there was a witness who saw what happened, the evidence isn’t consistent with the case. The vehicle did match the description but the witness was unsure of the license plate and the damage to the vehicle isn’t significant to the crime committed. I don't believe that the evidence is strong enough to convict Mr. Smalls.

The Rhalys’ homes were flooded twice- first on July 30, 2002, and again on April 6,200.3. After the first flood, the Rhalys brought suit against the city, alleging that the ditch had not been properly maintained, and against BFI, Inc. and Waste Management of Mississippi, Inc., alleging that they each negligently placed a dumpster too close to the ditch. After the 2003 flood, the Rhalys brought another suit, alleging that the second flood had been caused the same way, except that it involved only a single dumpster owned by Waste Management. The trial court consolidated the two cases. The City timely filed answers to Rhalys’ suits, but trial court struck the answers as a sanction for a discovery violation. In their discovery requests, the Rhalys
In this case, Missy sustained an injury after administration of a hot pack even though she was being monitored by Jim (PTA). Ron (PT) was responsible for the duties of Jim. Therefore, both Jim and Ron failed to care for Missy that comply with the legal standard of care and are most likely liable for professional negligence. Jim and Ron may also face malpractice liability without regard to fault if the hot pack was dangerously defective. Rudnick came from a wealthy family and attended medical school at Duke University alongside future serial killer and rapist [[Greg Yates]], who was a friend of his. In 2002, he dated a Swiss exchange student named Lena Grunwald and was engaged to her, but their relationship was not well and Lena eventually broke up with him. Enraged by this, Rudnick raped and strangled her, then cut her body to pieces and entombed them in the wall of his great-aunt's house, where he was staying at. Rudnick later called Yates to help treat the wounds he sustained during the attack, and Yates gave him tips on how to kill his next victim: by keeping her alive for as long as possible and to fracture her skull to incapacitate her.
Many people around the globe suffer from mental illness. While some if not most know this and are medicated and living appropriately, some are unaware, or refuse to take medication. Some of the horrific crimes we hear and see are committed by those who are being hurt by their own beings, and can not control themselves or even understand what is happening. These crimes are often ruled guilty by insanity, and the perpetrator is sent to a mental institution. Though it is rare to get this ruling, it does happen.

(Slater 2003, p.57). Anthony has three children in their late teens to early 20’s.. He said he spends a lot of time at their sports games and being with his family.
