In June 2014 a 35 year old male named Natalio Canete-Perez posed as a young girl on Facebook and began communicating with 2 girls and 1 boy ages 10, 12, and 15 at the time. He exchanged pornographic photos with the children and would force them to keep sending him new photos by threatening them that he would publish the photos they had already sent. Perez even made plans with the 15 year old boy and the 12 year old girl to meet at a local park and proceeded to force them to have sex with each other and then later raped the 12 year old himself while recording with a camera the entire time. Perez was caught when the 10 year old girl told a family member about Perez who called the police. The Police mounted an investigation and arrested Canete-Perez in September of 2014. Near the end of the trial the year old girl now 14 gave a statement and said after the incident she had become depressed and
Case open. Ponyboy Curtis; foster home or real family. Ponyboy, who has been involved in a self defense killing, has not been taken care of properly. He has been called upon by this court to determine whether he should be put in a foster home or be allowed to stay with his brothers. If it were up to me alone, I would put him in a foster home. First off, Ponyboy Curtis does not receive the right care from his "guardians." He is not fed properly. He is 14 and smokes cigarettes. Finally, this young man is getting put in hospitals and is involved in gang related violence. This young man is eating cake for breakfast. Ponyboy should be having eggs or cereal for breakfast. Family: Dionisio is a 17 year old Hispanic male who resides in Clark, NJ with his mother, Sonnia Estremera. When CM first received Dionisio’s case Mrs. Estremera reported that youth has difficulties following household rules. She reports that Dionisio needs reminders to complete basic household chores such as throwing out thrash. It was evident that there was a breakdown in communication between Dionisio and his mother. Since Dionisio has been attending family therapy at Trinitas Child and Adolescent Outpatient Department there has been in improvement in youth and his mother relationship. Due to Dionisio non-complaint behavior at Trinitas Child and Adolescent Outpatient Department he was recommended to attend IOP at High Focus Centers in Cranford. Dionisio and his mother continues to address their family challenges in family therapy at the High Focus Center in Cranford. It appears that both Dionisio and Mrs. Estremera are both invested in family therapy. Mrs. Estremera also reports that Dionisio behavior in the home has improved and she is proud of the progress that he has been making so far.
This case involved Giselle Hernandez being a danger to herself. Hernandez was transported to the Exodus Urgent Care Center, where she was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
Fighting over a color of a house seem a little silly. But that is the conflict Sandra Cisneros is facing due to her purple house in San Antonio. The author lives in the King William historical district. Before making any changes to their houses residents must get approval by Historic and Design Review Commission. The problem is that HDRC did not approve of her color choice. Since then Cisneros has refused to change her house. I completely agree with HDRC. Sandra Cisneros should follow the guidelines and change the her house into a historically correct color.
The CP addressed with Mrs. Navarro about the CP conversation with Dr. Freddie Marton with regards to Tyler’s medication regimen. The CP asked Mrs. Navarro if she is providing Tyler’s with his medication and her response was that she needs to do a refill and then she says, “Oh, I cannot find them since we are packing.” However, Tyler intervenes and stated that he knows where the medication is and based on Mrs. Navarro reaction, she appeared stunned. Tyler left the living room and returned with the bottle at which appears to be full. The CP glazed at Mrs. Navarro reaction and she immediately stated that she will start giving him his medication and will also considered the school nurse providing Tyler with his medication at the school. Karta is a 12 year old African American girl, who has experienced a long history of trauma. She was referred to me by her school social worker Ms. Johnson who reports that she has academic problems, severe inattention, hyperactivity, physical violent tantrums and is disrespectful to her peers and teachers.
Angela Arviso Rodriguez is requesting an institutional verification of her linguistic background to apply for a time extension to Pearson. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Elementary Education back in 2006. Angela will be taking the NES Elementary Education Subtest I & II. Angela has been teaching the past ten years; first at Yuma High school and she is currently teaching at Immaculate Conception middle school grade 7th to 8th. Ms. Arviso Rodriguez is planning to continue her education with a master degree in Education. Kierra Brown is 24 years old, has no children, is unmarried, and resides in the home. She graduated from William Fleming High School in Roanoke City, VA, in 2010. She was an average student making A’s, B’s, and C’s. She considered herself a social butterfly and was very social in high school. She maintained a positive group of friends. Kierra was very involved in school media activities. She enjoyed participating in choir. Kierra attended Palomar and obtained her cosmetology license in 2012. She is currently working at Wells Fargo in Customer Service.
Ms. Stevens and her child, Tjayda Stevens are receiving preventive services with Harlem Dowling Westside Center for Children and Family Services (HDWC). Ms. Stevens’ case was referred from ACS and accepted thru HDWC on 03/02/2015. The services provided to Ms. Stevens are casework counseling, community advocacy, housing advocacy, and monthly home based visits to ensure stable family functioning and child safety. Ms. Stevens has been receptive to services since the agency obtained case planning responsibility. Administration for Children’s Services recommended the following service plan for Ms. Stevens to complete parenting and anger management class, individual counseling, and domestic violence.
Ms. DeMarzo is a 43-old individual, who was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. She graduated from Tottenville High School in 1990. Following her graduation she attended the College of Staten Island but did not graduate, she went to work. Ms. DeMarzo reported that she currently works as a paraprofessional for the NYC board of education.
There are concerns with regards to underlying mental health for Selena Goodall. During the intake, Ms. Goodall reports that she was diagnosed with bipolar. Then during the course of the six month with working with Ms. Goodall, she then reports that she was also diagnosed with ADHD and mood disorder. She was unable to provide dates of when she was diagnosed and where. According to Ms. Goodall, she reports that she diagnosed as a child. The CP refers Selena for mental health evaluation and Ms. Goodall did not keep any of her appointments. There also concerns about Ms. Goodall coping skill and parenting for her daughter, Myan. Ms. Solomatina is a 35 year old individual born and raised in Russia. She reported that she came to the United States when she was fifteen years old as a student. She indicated that she stayed with a host daily and lived in Tennessee. Ms. Solomatina reported that she graduated from high school in 1998, and later attended several colleges before obtaining a certificate from GIA Institute in stone analysis. Ms. Solomatina reported that she met her husband in the program and did not pursue employment after she received the certification. She indicated that she worked for her husband as a property manager.
