Abstract:
Cropping pattern means the share of different crops in farmer 's total cultivated area in an agricultural year. It is a significant indicator of farmer 's decision-making ability which shows his plan of cropping over space and time in response to the change in physical and socio-economic factors. Cropping pattern refers to the proportionate area under different crops during a agricultural year. It can also be mentioned as the series of crops at a point of time. It must ensure the greatest efficiency of man, fertilizers, irrigation and other inputs. A successful cropping pattern implies the most efficient use of arable land, consequent upon application of water resources, bio-chemical inputs and the like. In addition, it must offer the cultivators the possibility to maximize agricultural productivity per unit area per unit of time. But it has been seen over the years that the cropping pattern has witnessed a great change especially in the parts of Tamil Nadu. Farmers, who have been facing uncertainty in the production of crops year after year, are changing their cropping pattern to save themselves. There is a huge impact of several factors for the cause which have been discussed in this paper.

The TANF, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, did have its initial intended impact. TANK was implemented as a new program under President Clinton to lower the dependency of families on welfare which is one of the sole reasons the government made the decision to switch from Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) to TANF. According to the Center on Budget and Policy Priority [CBPP], “The national TANF caseload has declined by over 60 percent over the last 18 years, even as poverty and deep poverty (i.e., income below half the poverty line) have worsened” (2015). TANF received results that the federal government was looking forward to at the time. There are four goals that TANF is required to meet to contribute to the better life for families and children that fall below the poverty line: “(1) provide assistance to needy families so that children may be cared for in their own homes or in the homes of relatives; (2) end the dependence of needy parents on
The number of crops that were grown increased each month, yet farmers still struggled. Prices for crops continued to raise and people could no not afford to buy food. After a season of crops is grown, it is important to give the soil time to rest and have the nutrients restored. However, because farmers needed to grow so many crops to earn the little money they did, there was not time to give the land a break. Each year the soil grew worse.
Wartime destruction is typically seen destruction caused to cities and its citizens. Its false to say that the Union unleashed military destruction on the South. The war itself was not a total war, but a hard war, meaning that war became difficult for its citizens and the Confederate military, but was not an aim to kill southern citizens. The Union made life difficult for the citizens, by taking their economic resources; slavery. Railroads and means of communication were destroyed, property and farms were taken from Confederates and slavery became an illegal source property, after Emancipation when into effect.

The history of scarification is an ancient tradition of cutting the skin in a specific way and manipulating the cut to form a scar, usually attempting to form a keloid scar, which is when the scar is raised. It is unclear as to when scarification originated, but it is generally thought to be as old as tattooing, which potentially dates back over 10,000years. Scarification is most prevalent in Indigenous Africans and Australians, as tattoos would not show as clearly on darker skin, and instead led to scarification being the main form of body modification. Most scarification result within individual tribes and families, and therefore it is important to note that scarification differs greatly around the world, and no two tribes are the same, and even scarring within a singular tribe can differ from person to person. “When the peace treaty is signed, the war isn’t over” (Marlantes). When the fighting stopped on the battlefront of World War I many leaders of different countries gathered together in Paris. They were there to discuss the Treaty of Versailles that would ensure permanent peace. The treaty that was created was extremely unfair to Germany. The Treaty of Versailles was far from perfect, but some of the biggest faults were forcing Germany to take the blame for the whole war, demanding they give up all of their colonies and decrease the size of their military, and paying reparations to the Allies.

Fertilizers remove the nutrients of the soil damaging the soil and the local environment and after being mixed with the soil, gradually reduce the fertility of the soil. In the study of (Southland) using fertilizers consists of substances and chemicals like methane, carbon dioxide, ammonia, and nitrogen, the emission of which has contributed to a great extent in the quantity of greenhouse gases present in the environment. These facts are alarming and a serious step needs to be taken as soon as possible to avoid more severe consequences. This in turn is leading to global warming and weather changes. The use of fertilizers for growth and cultivation is keeping our stomach filled for now, but then if things keep on progressing the way they are, it won’t take long to see the times where there is lack of food, water, and health.
