Almost 90% of people in Kuwait cause traffic every day, especially at morning time where everyone goes to school or office. Traffic is caused because people are driving so fast to reach their destination. When people drive at high speed, they are in hurry to go for work, but this can affect the movement of the road. So that leads them to do an accident as to break the rules too. On the other hand, alcoholism is also a major factor of causing traffic congestion on the road. Writes in newspapers and magazines wrote articles of advises and recommendation for people to avoid traffic, but majority did not notice it and throw the papers in trash. Fast driving, breaking the road rules, and accident these are the major causes of traffic jam. One of the leading causes of traffic is driving fast on the high way road. Because everyone is in hurry to reach their own place, they start to drive at high speed to reach school or office at the exact time. " This is important to understand because an officer hearing that his brother or sister needs him will not only incorporate speed but his or her emotions as well.
