A number of studies have been conducted to identify the causes of delay in construction projects.
“Ravisankar et al. (2014) studied about the quantification of delay factors in the construction business. The aim of the paper was to find the top causes of construction delay and their effects. The research mainly focused on literature review and a questionnaire survey. Using the Statistical software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, survey data’s are analyzed to find out the top causes of delay. The mean score value and ranking are used to corresponding delay factors. The overall results indicated top most important causes are: Shortage Labour’s, Design changes by the owner or his agent during construction, Fluctuations of prices; and High waiting time for availability of work teams.”

The aim of this study was: To identify causes of delay in finishing road construction projects, to document the top causes of delay in road construction projects; and to document and identified differences in perception of consultants and contractors regarding causes of delay in finishing projects by the due date. I have found myself to be rooted deep down with my christian ministry group Chi Alpha. We are a group of students that seeks to make relationships within our religion of christianity in order to form a loving community for myself and many others to be a part of. Recently, I have found myself to be useful when it comes to running the soundboard at our worship and collaboration nights where I come in early in order to set up chords and mix the worship band as they practice. This has been an excellent experience as I have been able to keep up my love for music as the same time of attending university. My active participation to this after class activity has developed who I am as a person.

The Importance of Being On Time Respect is something that we all desire, but earning it is no easy task. Wilson concentrates not only on poverty or joblessness, but he also focuses on reasons why jobs are disappearing. Joblessness or urban joblessness would be considered one of the main focuses of this book. Wilson describes it as being one of many major problems that is often ignored. Wilson focuses on poverty within the city of Chicago, such as the inner-city ghettos.
This forms the basis of the study and helps to understand how the recession has in fact affected the construction industry in India. 5.3 Limitations and Further Scope of the Study This study deals with the impact of the recession on the construction industry. But it has been done using secondary data which will have various discrepancies. This study can be made more accurate by collecting primary data from the industry regarding the various indicators.
