RP called to report that a program participant of the Resource Center Candice McGurre (435-899-9390) called to stated that her children that attends this daycare told her that Ruth has slapped children on the hand and also shoved a child against the wall. RP did not have any more details of child(ren)names or when these incidents occurred.
