On the morning of April 10, 2017, just before 10:30am, a school in San Bernardino, California was shot up by a lone gunman. He shot his wife, who was a special education teacher at the elementary school, which killed her. He also shot 2 children, killing one and wounding another. This is the second shooting in San Bernardino in the past 3 years. The first one was back in December 2015, which was a terrorist attack at the Ireland Regional Center, with approximately ;16 deaths. Cedric Anderson, a 53 year old man, opened fire on his wife’s special needs classroom, killing his wife and wounding 2 children, one of the wounded died. Some believe that Cedric did not plan on killing himself. Before the shooting, Cedric left a note saying how he had felt “disrespected” and needed closure. One of them, 8-year-old Jonathan Martinez, was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The other injured student, who is 9 years old, is said to be in stable condition. Anderson has had a history of run-ins with police. He’d been arrested 4 times from 1982-2013. He had a past of domestic violence and weapons. Some are also questioning a past of drug charges. “‘He was a wolf in sheep's clothing," Sykes, Smith’s mother, told us. Karen Smith, who had married Cedric Anderson, had known him for years and thought he had put his past of domestic violence behind him. But, after they moved to their Riverside home, a part of Anderson that Smith had never seen emerged, and it was only time before her demise. Sadly, Cedric and Karen died. He has been charged of four accounts of first-degree murder, seven accounts of attempted murder, one account of illegal position of fire arms. The motive is still unknown. It 's also still unknown whether or not if the shooter has specfic targets or if was a random shooting. The 17-year-old suspect is in custody.
He began bleeding and fell over. When police arrived, the child's body was found on the floor of the bedroom and there was a single bullet hole in the corner of the room, near the ceiling. The gun was on the clothes washer in the laundry room. The victim's parents were not there at the time of the incident. They arrived after police.

Kinkel was afraid of what his father, Bill Kinkel might say because kids at school were bullying him. On May 21, 1998 Kinkel killed his parents Bill and Faith Kinkel. Then the next day driving his mother’s car to Thurston High School, where he would enter the building wearing a trench coat filled with two guns, a rifle, a knife and more than 1,200 rounds of ammunition.

Today we are here to discuss the matter of the death of a local child. William Armstrong's death was caused by none other than his own brother. Brother had always thought William to be an embarrassment and was willing to do anything to end the humiliation. He had accumulated a plan to kill the child. Brother was compassionate and kind to his brother only when he wanted to be and would change his attitude whenever he thought right.
On December 2nd, an incident happened in San Bernardino that shocked the nation. Although, we see a shooting on the news almost daily, the 2015 San Bernardino shooting that killed fourteen people and harmed twenty-two others still took America to a shock. The shooting consisted of two people, who happened to be married and had a six-month-old child, went into a mental hospital facility and opened fire on the patients and staff that worked or lived there. The male of the couple happened to work for the hospital but nobody knows the motive behind why the couple did what they did.
Hours after the shooting happened police started going through the building and found ten kids dead, nine students and one teacher. A few were also injured including Josie but she doesn’t actually know what happened she believes she was in a car accident. As she hospitalized she finds out Matt died and she become hysterical. Soon Peter’s parents find out he’s the shooter and hid dad,Lewis, hires a lawyer for him.
The judicial system is very important in the administration of justice for any society. Functions of the system are clearly stipulated and defended by the constitution of any nation. For a judge to pass a ruling on a suspect, the trial has to go through several stages before a final ruling is arrived at. Thus, one would believe the judgments made are considered fair making the judicial system a defender of justice and fairness.

A nonprofit group that attempts to prevent gun violence called “Everytown for Gun Safety,” released a statement about school shootings. The organization claimed that the school shooting at “[Marjory Stoneman Douglas High] is the 18th school shooting in the U.S. in 2018.’” (Cox and Rich). In less than three months, there have been eighteen school shootings. This shows that schools are no longer a safe environment.
Helen Grafton November 29, 2015 Colorado Shooting Tragedy Strikes Colorado On Friday November 27, 2015 a gunman opened fire on shoppers at a Colorado mini-mall, killing three and injuring nine. Of the dead includes Garrett Swasey. Swasey worked at University of Colorado Colorado Springs as an on-campus officer. When he heard of the attack at Planned Parenthood he drove 10 miles to the scene to see how he could aid the state officers.
On April 20, 1999, two disturbed teenage boys Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris began a killing rampage at Columbine High School in the suburban town of Littleton, Colorado. This was considered one of the worst school shootings to occur at that time. In the morning of April 20, before noon, the two juveniles had killed 13 people to include 12 students and 1 teacher; they also wounded another 23 people before turning the guns on themselves.
