Managers face many challenges in managing business; however, being competitive is very important because you will have to make sure that your business is doing better than the other you are competing against. You will have to make sure that the associates have enough cash in the registers to keep the business going because customers can always take their business somewhere else. I was working there for almost three months and it was a good experience for me because I have never work collections. I did not think that I was going to only be there a short of time. My district manager had came down to the store and we was wondering why is she here; however, she was making a lot of phone calls and walking back and forth. I was wondering what was she doing and my other co-workers was wondering too. I was about to go to lunch and I was called to the back and another co-worker. The only thing I was thinking of what did I do wrong.
