In the current expansion of global economy and fast-changing evolution of technology and innovation, organizations are facing several challenges. Likewise, technological advancements, globalization, competition, and instantaneous changes in customer demands and needs (Bontis et al., 2002; Marquardt, 2002; Piotrowski, 2006). Organizational learning has been considered as one of the strategic means for achieving long-term organizational success and a key indicator of an organization’s effectiveness and potential to innovate and grow (Jerez-Gomez et al., 2005; Chiva&Alegre, 2009). The management and business literature is often analyzed organizational learning with various factors. Liao et al. (2008) studied the relationship of organizational learning with open mindedness, shared vision and commitment to learning and showed positive effect of these factors with organizational learning. Support leadership and teamwork cohesion also studiedas positive and significant independent variables for organizational learning (Montes et al., 2004). In addition to this, Morales and Montes (2006) assessed that organizational learning occurred through organizational innovation, personal mastery, transformational leadership, shared vision, pro-activity and environment. These factors analyzed having positive relationship with organizational learning. Organizational learning has become a popular concept nowadays. But, although there is widespread acceptance of the notion of organizational learning, no agreement has been reached within the various disciplines as to what learning is, and how it occur (Crossan et al., 1995; Argote, 2011; Argote&Spektor, 2011). The learning is a continuous process. Learning is the act of acquiring new, or modifying and reinforcing, existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, or preferences and may involve synthesizing different types of information. Human learning may occur as part of education, personal development, schooling, or training.
