Good behaviour should be rewarded be and students must have accesses to additional resources. Diversity is about treating learners as individuals. A tutor needs to be able to familiarise teaching approaches to accommodate the needs of individual learners. Altogether individuals have the right to be treated with respect and dignity, as everyone is an individual with different needs, abilities and experiences. I think of every learner as the same as all learners and without regard to marital status, race, ethnic origin, colour, religion, sexual orientation, social background or any other distinction.
Diversity- This means that we all have things in common but we are all different in our own unique way. It is important that we recognise and value all the diverse differences. Diversity includes all different types of factors which are personal characteristics such as a family’s background, culture, personality and work-style in addition to the appearances protected under discrimination legislation in terms of different race, disabilities, gender, religions and beliefs, sexual orientation and age. We can create a dynamic environment where everybody feels valued by recognising and understanding each individual’s differences, embracing them and moving beyond simple tolerance. Equality- When in a work setting equality is achieved when all children have equal opportunities to participate in different activities.
While identity focuses on uniqueness such as how an individual is different from and similar to others, diversity focuses on the range of the difference and uniqueness such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, among others. Diversity should be seen as source of strength. However, it can also be a source of violence, oftentimes by those who fear or dislike difference. In the best light diversity is foundation for peacebuilding – since it enables us to draw strength and be respectful of difference. Identity and diversity are linked.

While often conflicts arise economically, politically, or in the realm of intellectual rights, these are easier to understand and resolve than the varied and nuanced conflicts that arise between Globalization and Culture. Due to a long history of such conflicts, sometimes groups or governments take it upon themselves to initiate preventative measures in order to reduce the risk of damage or loss of cultural identity. With diversity define in so many ways and people with similarities and differences in people that make up of a community. Diversity is human identity; there are really no two people alike. Diversity to me is many different facets of culture and with in these cultures we have different views and beliefs.

Some types of businesses are more аppropriate than others for global market expаnsion.
Diversity plays a vital role in today’s world. When we refer to this term, we often connect it to demographic groups such as race or gender, but diversity is a broader and inclusive concept.
