Who do you personally admire as a leader? The person I admire as a leader is Dena Davidson. She is the director of Thrive School of Leadership and is only 28 years old. She is a strong female leader and has already gotten Bachelor degrees in Apologetics. Her boss refers to her as the most intelligent person he knows. While I do not directly work with her, I am privileged to interact with her daily. What are the qualities and behaviors that make this person a good leader? Dena always has a smile on her face, a bounce in her step and a kind word for everyone. After listening to the videos and reading the powerpoint, it is apparent that Dena is a transformational leader. She listens to what ideas we have come up with, the struggles we are experiencing
