When I want something, I will pursue it unless circumstances absolutely prevent me from doing so. I actually prefer to work by myself, as I am somewhat of an introvert and often find that I get frustrated when trying to work with others.
My weaknesses which often get in the way of me accomplishing what I want to are that I am easily distracted and though I love creating lists and plans, my distractability often leads to me not sticking to the plan and completing the work late. This is not nearly as big of a deal when it comes to my own work – creating talks and writing books and articles, but can be a really big deal when it comes to college work, especially since the University of the People does not allow late assignments.

I started this term by only taking one class so that I can get back into the swing of things. I have not decided yet whether I will take one or two classes during the next term. I am implementing this by sectioning off two whole days to devote to study and doing my assignments. Most of the time, I try to plan how much school I will need to do each week in order to stay caught up. However, most of the time, my initial plan doesn’t always go the way I was expecting. This is why I always spread my school over several days. That way, if I happen to miss a day or two, I have additional time to fall back on. This is why I often plan on doing schoolwork over the weekend, so that regardless of whether I completed my school for the week or not, I have an extra day or two that I can use to catch up or get ahead.

What is Personal Growth? The average person attends high school in the attempt to get good grades so they can get accepted into a college.
