With that in mind, I ask myself what I want to achieve in life. Simply put, I want to experience all that there is to experience in the world. I want to leave this world with an impact as great as Abraham Lincoln or Martin Luther king Jr. I want to be the President of the United States and be able to change the world.
A job that I want to have to be exact. I want to be successful and not have to worry about money or food. I want to own a house of my own. I do not want it to be gigantic, however I do want it to be nice and cozy. I do not want it to be messy and dirty all the time.
Alondra it's my name, I am seventeen years and two months old and I come from a Hispanic/ Latino background . On October tweenty on the hospital of San Juan Morelia Michoacan Mexico at seven thirty at night after twelve long hours of labor I was born. I was given the name Alondra because of a telenovela my big sister loved to watch. When I was a year old I had to go to Mexico City and live with my grandma from my mother's side, since my big sister got hepatitis and my mom had to take care of her.
Health I would like to live a happy healthy lifestyle surrounded by the people that care about me and help me fulfil my career and help me achieve what I want to
“More highly educated nursing workforce is critical to meeting the nation’s nursing needs and delivering safe, effective patient care….. Without a more educated nursing workforce, the nation’s health will be further at risk (Tri-council for Nursing, 2010).” As the acuity of the patient increases daily, so is the need for increases of higher education for nurses. The factor of increasing complexity of patient health require higher education for the liability of safe practice, thus is an agreeable requirement for employers to place upon the employees. Acquiring a bachelor’s degree is only an improvement for everyone.
I am currently an undergraduate at Rowan College at Gloucester County completing my pre-nursing studies. As I was growing up, I always enjoyed the idea of helping and healing others. My inspiration to become a nurse was watching my mother make a difference in the lives of elderly at a local senior living community as an Activities Assistant for years. Even though, she was unable to go back to school due to personal circumstances, the compassion she showed towards others around her was something special as she took care of them as if they were relatives. Whenever I had free time, I would just sit and play a game with the elderly residents hearing their life stories from when they were young.
I am a firm believer that in order to be happy and successful, you need to have a job that you love to do. This ideology is what motivated me to want to become a nurse practitioner and help the people in my community. Attending California State University, Los Angeles is allowing me to pursue my academic goal of getting into the nursing program. I aspire to get my bachelors of science in nursing to be able to become a registered nurse. After gaining experience as a registered nurse, I will pursue a master of science in nursing to become a nurse practitioner.
I want to make sure my career is on solid ground before settling down and trying to support others financially before I can even support myself. A family will forever be a goal of mine. A happy, loving husband and two kids. I know you can’t pick your kids in order but if I could I would chose to have a boy first and then a girl. I dream of kids, a husband, and a big dream house far away from Ava,
My educational goal is to pursue my passion of woodworking. From a very young age I dreamt of owning my own business. I 've always dreamt of going to college, and majoring in mathematics and business to be one step closer to my goal. I knew from a very young age that my dreams of going to college would be slim, because my mother, as a single parent worked to keep my brother and I content. It was difficult for her because, she was involved in an accident, that the doctors said she would never walk again.
The infamous answer to the question, “What is your primary goal for going to school?” is “to further my education, get a job, and be successful” such a cliché if I must say myself. My goal attending school is to make my family happy, as well as myself. In high school, I did not apply myself like I should have done because I was not sure if college was in my favor. Also, being the child of a single parent wanting to attend college seemed impossible, especially far from home.
My Intent to Be a Nurse Practitioner Coming from a third world country where there aren’t many opportunities for work and funding for education, proceding to nursing school was a grand opportunity. The privilege to attend a government subsidized school where top students in the region compete to get into the program that allowed only 60 students per year was indeed a blessing. As clinical rotations began, what was once considered a mere opportunity evolved into a true passion for caring as I truly love and enjoy nursing and helping people.
My purpose is to travel the world and learn about new cultures through using my intellectual, analytical, and achiever skills to inform and fight for equality, and respect for all human beings. Because of my purpose and values, my educational goal is to get a major in International Business and International Relations, the reason why I want to receive these majors is that they will help to get my dream career which is to be an Economic Officer for an American embassy. My long-term personal goal is to have a stable job that gives me enough money to take care of my family, and the people that I love. This goal is very important to me because I have not had a very easy life, and my family has committed many sacrifices to give me all the things
but I would also like to transform myself into someone who works even harder. I would like to help people more than I do because that is one of my favorite things to do. By starting this journey going to school, I know whenever I get a job that within the job I will be helping many people which is another reason why I chose this to be my career path. I want to be even better for my family, I want to be able to give my family back what they have given me over the years while I was growing up. I want to become a better person all around
Some people dream to be a successful and famous public speaker. Others want to be a millionaire or a billionaire. Singers as well as actors wish to be successful in their career and become famous. Teachers may hope to succeed in imparting knowledge to their students. Many students simply would like to pass examinations or have good grades in school.
When I graduate high school, I plan on having future goals that I plan on achieving. My first goal is to go to college and get a degree. This is my number one future goal that I need to accomplish because to be able to have a nice life, I need to go to college to support my future family. My next future goal would be get a starting job to be able to support my future family.
