Charles Floyd was affiliated with a gang of organized with a group and he defeated security at the crime scene. He also demanded cash/jewelry/money, and he has a good hideout technique because he hide out because that’s what he did to hide from the police. While he was at the scene he fired a weapon which when he did he killed an officer. Charles set fire to a car and he also vandalized other people’s car. The last actions that the suspect did was he only took money when he robbed the bank, and he prepared for the crime before he committing them. All of his crimes were located in a commercial property and a community/public property. There was a lot of evidence that the police collected from the crime scene. The methods that Charles used was tools because he shot and officer with a .45 caliber handgun. Their were 4 victim’s that was killed and some of them was police officer’s and some was just people. The first witness is a police officer but it doesn’t say their name but he was a male and it doesn’t tell me his race or his age, the location of the incident was in Akron Ohio, and their was no relation with to Charles. The second and third one was Wally Ash and Boll ash they were brothers and were both males the location of the incident was Kansas City, Missouri, it also doesn’t mention the age or the race for either of the brothers, there was also no relation to him. The last victim was Curtis C. Burke he was a 36 white male with no relation to Charles, finally the location of the incident was Kansas City , Missouri. Also, for this crime there was 4 witness three of them was police chief and the last one was just a police officer. The first witness was John H.
