Charles Floyd was affiliated with a gang of organized with a group and he defeated security at the crime scene. He also demanded cash/jewelry/money, and he has a good hideout technique because he hide out because that’s what he did to hide from the police. While he was at the scene he fired a weapon which when he did he killed an officer. Charles set fire to a car and he also vandalized other people’s car. The last actions that the suspect did was he only took money when he robbed the bank, and he prepared for the crime before he committing them. The methods that Charles used was tools because he shot and officer with a .45 caliber handgun. Their were 4 victim’s that was killed and some of them was police officer’s and some was just people. The first witness is a police officer but it doesn’t say their name but he was a male and it doesn’t tell me his race or his age, the location of the incident was in Akron Ohio, and their was no relation with to Charles. On Sunday, February 5th, 2012, at approximately 6:30 pm, I and my forensic team were dispatched to an arson fire scene at 8119 189th Street Court East in Graham, Washington. Upon arrival, I entered the rental home of Josh Powell which was entirely burned and damaged. As I walked through the residence, I found out the point of origin was from near the living room as I and my investigators found one empty gasoline can. The capacity limit was five gallons. It is to my belief that Josh Powell saturated his rental house with gasoline.
On 04/19/2018 at approximately 20:04 hours I, Deputy Keith Lloyd, along with Deputy Fred Corley were dispatched to 1299 E 119th Street, Mulvane, Sumner County Kansas for an unknown disturbance. The call was transferred from Mulvane PD who advised they could only hear that a male and his son were arguing. At approximately 20:34 hours Deputies arrived at 1299 E 119th Street. Upon arrival I made contact with a white male who was I recognized as Jarid Miles Branine from previous encounters. I asked Jarid what was going on and he stated he and his father got into an argument and his mother called the cops fearing the two were going to get into a fight.
On January 13, 1977, Gary was caught robbing a home in Lake Placid, New York. For 3rd degree larceny, Gary was sentenced to 4 years in state prison, he was held at Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, New York. When Gary was 25, he was caught with stolen items, worth a couple hundred dollars, and was sent back to jail because he was still out on parole for not serving the remaining 2 years of his sentence. He was brought to Old Rensselaer County Jail in downtown Troy, New York. He was placed in solitary confinement because with the help of some Hell’s Angels, he escaped, but was picked up about 5 hours after he escaped and brought back to the jail.
In 1982 in Chicago there was the murder of Marilyn green and jerry Hillary that happened in a swimming pool. That night 2 young men snuck into a pool to get a swim; one of the victims got out of a pool and a well-known person Anthony porter came behind him with a gun. Porter asked him to give him money but The young man replied I don't have any money; porter with a friend by his side reached in his pocket and pulled 2 dollars out of his pocket and said I'm letting you go easy. Then the victims friend came out of the other lower side of the pool and heard gun shots out loud. There were six other witness who were there; three at the bleachers and one on the diving board.
I located the KPD Rape Case 15-27355 which identified a subject named Ricardo Oropeza-Quiroz (DOB 12-30-1993) as being contacted with Hicks. It was also determined that Oropeza-Quiroz was an involved party in KPD Hit and Run Case 15-22411. In the Rape case, Hicks and Oropeza-Quiroz were people of interest. That case is still under investigation.

The first murder involved a 17-year-old male and his 16-year-old girlfriend who were shot dead near their car at a secluded location on Lake Herman port. The police could not establish the motive of these initial killings or a suspect to the murders. The second incident involved the shootings of a woman aged 22 and her boyfriend who was aged 19 who were sitting in a car that was parked in a remote location similar to the first incident. A man with a flashlight who fired several shots at them attacked the two killing the man and seriously wounding the woman. After the shooting, a man called the police, gave the location of the crime, and claimed responsibility for the attack and the previous attack.
