Arthur Kilworth Flack was born in the inner London area of St Pancras, now Kings Cross on 20 April 1990 and became a famer in his early years before leaving behind his parents, William and Clara, and older siblings, George, Edith, Edwin and Walter, to migrate to Australia. In 1911 at 21 years of age Flack set sail from Liverpool, England, aboard the SS Persic by White Star Line headed for Australia arriving in Sydney on 15 September. By 11 December that same year Arthur had become a Constable in the New South Wales Police Force. Constable Flack married May Phillipa Simmonds at Petersham in New South Wales in 1914 and lived in Stanmore in Sydney 's inner west while working as a steel construction worker prior to his enlistment for service

Maxwell McKee is a sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is currently undeclared, but is planning on declaring a major in business management this coming fall. This summer Max has been working at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty partner, as a marketing intern under Kevin Wiles. Max is an avid soccer player and outdoors enthusiast. He was able to play intramural soccer at VCU, as well as become a member of Green Unity, an environmental activist group.

Greetings children and welcome to the English conference. Today I would like to introduce Bruce Dawe and analyse three of his poems, Katrina, Homecoming and Drifters. Bruce Dawe was born in Fitzroy, Melbourne, 1930. He was educated at the Northcote High School in Melbourne. After leaving school at 16, Dawe worked in various occupations including a labourer, farmhand, clerk, sawmill-hand, gardener and postman before joining the Royal Australian Air Force in 1959.
Representative Luis Gutiérrez was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. In his freshman year of high school his parents decided to move back to their home town, San Sebastián, Puerto Rico. Reluctantly, he followed his parents to Puerto Rico where he learned to speak Spanish. After moving back to Chicago, he found a passion in advocating for undocumented immigrants who are struggling to make ends meet due to their status. In 2009 he introduced the bill CIR-ASAP (Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America 's Security and Prosperity Act).
In the memoir A Long Way Gone: memoirs of a boy soldier written by author and activist Ishmael Beah, Ishmael tell his story about his gruesome and regretful time as a child soldier in Sierra Leone. Ishmael was born in Sierra Leone where he lived his childhood along with his family. His family had consisted of his mom, dad, and two brothers. Growing up Ishmael had a normal childhood surrounded by family traditions, hearing stories told by his grandmother, and playing soccer almost daily with his friends. Unfortunately, when the war had hit his hometown, a village called Mogbwemo, he was separated from his family.
Sir Alexander Fleming was born August 6th 1881 in Lochfield, Scotland. He was born to Hugh Fleming and his second wife Grace Morton. At the tender age of seven Alexander’s father died and it fell upon his mother and oldest brother, Thomas, to keep both the family and the farm afloat. From here on Fleming showed a natural intelligence, uncommon for both his age and upbringing. At the age of 13 Fleming moved to London following his brothers John and Thomas, who were physicians.There he attended Regent Street Polytechnic for two years (Scientists: Their Lives and Works par 2).
One of the factors that has deterred my access from basketball is my dad. I was born in a country six thousand miles from here, Mongolia. The better half of my childhood was spent playing soccer in the street with the neighborhood kids. I was content, surrounded by my loving family and amazing friends, until it all changed with an abrupt decision. I had reached the age where I had to think about my future beyond high school, whether I would go to a college, and where I want to be in life. Mongolia was not the most ideal country to achieve success, thus my parents decided to move me to the United States.

He came home from World War II as a decorated war hero, where he served as an Army officer. He was accepted to medical school but instead went to coach high school track and football. He then went back to the University of Oregon to work as a track coach. He was a passionate coach, loved to win and did not overlook any details.

In his early years of life, he moved around from United Kingdom to Japan to Germany because his parents, Laurence and Peachie Thomaz, were in the military. When Khalifa was about three, his parents divorced and he went with his mom and they settled down in Pittsburgh.
