For a chemistry major, it is expected that I am only passionate about science and math. It is far from the truth. My true chemistry is with sports. I spend all of my free time indulging in sports related activities such as Worldwide Wrestling Entertainment. I have been a passionate follower of wrestling since I was a young girl. For six nights a week, at least two hours each night, I watched unimaginable matches. These were matches where a guy would jump from the top of the ladder, down onto a guy who was laying on the cement. The thrill of these high flying and dangerous moves add to the excitement of seeing such a risky match.
Twelve minutes. The average WWE match lasts for about twelve minutes. Imagine being in a revolutionary fight for twelve whole minutes. Imagine being in a fight with someone who you didn’t completely bond with for

They provided stats that I had already learned, introduced new wrestlers that I had already grew to know, and explained the types of moves that were being maneuvered. My dreams of being a commentator weren’t there with me ringside. At each of the events, I would always find myself writing new stats and records on the back of my John Cena posters. I ended up being a ringside commentator for other passionate fans that sat in the same area as me. I enjoy writing about things I expect to happen, because expecting the unexpected seems impossible to do. With chemistry, I can easily write a research paper or conduct an experiment with observations and predictions based solely on facts. The writing comes naturally to me; it is most natural when I write the script of commentary for wrestling. I create real storylines and matches that I believe to be the best for entertainment. Being able to write helps me to express my thoughts and jot down a few lines of the burning passion I contain. I use writing as a stepping stone to transport me into a world of both chemistry and wrestling- my two true

The Truths and Myths about Weight Management for Wrestling In today’s world, there are many truths and myths about weight management for wrestling. As a wrestler, one may expect to be pressured to lose weight in order to move down a weight class and wrestle more ideal competition. However, it is unfortunate that the practice of losing weight by not eating, restricting fluid intake, and over-exercising reduces the enjoyment of the sport.
Here’s the deal: I ended up taking AP Music Theory over Organic Chemistry my senior year of high school. Did people tell me that was wrong to do because I want a career involving chemistry? Yes. Do I regret it? Absolutely not.
To make a significant change in the world, countless hours of preparation, of work, and proactive cooperation with others are crucial for success. I partake in few extra-curricular activities, but I have dedicated years of my life to them all. On a regular week, I have to balance French club and National French Honor Society secretary duties, community service for National Honor Society, and additional choir practice for at least two hours after school each week (while sometimes performing community service with the choir as well). I want to become an engineer; so I take AP classes that are useful and interest me because I will need to know advanced math and science concepts in college. All of these extra-curricular activities and academics will become even more relevant when it is time for me to advance my future goals of pursuing a higher education and making significant efforts to aid the world by designing helpful technology with medical applications.
Wonderful Wrestling A Satirical Perspective on Sports Throughout my life I have been blessed to compete in the oldest sport in the world, wrestling. I’ve been able to compete in all three styles of wrestling and seen success in folkstyle, freestyle, and GrecoRoman. While I could go on about my own personal accomplishments, I would like to point the finger not at myself, but behind me towards the driving forces that play a huge role in my matches. No, I am not talking about the cheerleaders whose use of the same three cheers displays their knack for understanding wrestling.
During my junior year of highschool I was in the wrestling team. I joined my sophomore year to be with my friends. During that season I wanted to quit because the sport was stuff. It took me awhile to realize that wrestling is a independent sport. You would have to push yourself and sacrifice a lot for the sport.
Throughout my life, I have faced adversity everywhere I go, no matter what I do. So when people tell me that they have had a rough day, my favorite thing to tell them is, “Remember that adversity builds a man.” This philosophy has carried me a long way, and most importantly has allowed me to grow into the individual I am today. One of my biggest personal accomplishments, which was being able to play college baseball, was spurred on because an upperclassman told me I would never be good enough to play high school varsity ball. I proceeded by taking that player’s starting job the next year.
Now, it gets tricky. All real sports have time periods, whether they’re broken up into halves, quarters, short periods, rotations, rounds, matches or races. Every athlete also wears special gear, like cleats for soccer players, masks for catchers and goalies as well as for fencers.
Every man desires to sew wide. Military or defense you may have to go to any service-related chest must be broadened. Anyway, clothes only look good when your chest wide. To the gym in the morning or evening when it is more important is that you set a goal, or you have moved on from a stage.
Even though using performance enhancement drugs can give athletes benefits, but it can also cause harm and severe danger as well, therefore using drugs in sports should still be illegal. Competitors would prepare harder and try to meet their goals while some will attempt to cheat their way by utilizing enhanced medications to expand their capacities even beyond. The want to win is very affected in the idea of games, and a few competitors will do whatever it takes to ascend to the top. Over the most recent few years, numerous competitors in various games have been caught using performance enhancement drugs. At the point when a competitor tests positive to participate in sports, the competitor is either disqualified or suspended for the entire game.
There are many different types of sports all over the world. To differentiate people into two categories, there are those who like to play them and those who like to watch them. Sports are very healthy for you and can help prevent many diseases or illnesses later in life. For example, wrestling is a sport that will keep you healthy and fit. In fact, wrestling is one of the most well-known and oldest sports that will teach you self defense.
Writing is not just about coming up with ideas and jotting them down on paper saying that it is your story because if it is then it is half done, and readers would not want to read what you have to say about how you feel on an experience that you have explored. Writing is about going through experiences and jotting those experiences down on paper and putting them in order so that the reader can understand what experiences you went through to get to the point that you have come to. Writing is a way to write you feel and to make it easy so that you do not have to speak what is on your mind. In my opinion writing can be my favorite thing to do because I like to write but when it comes to me speaking, I get nervous and do not know what to say when I get in front of a crowd. Writing can also be a way to get out of things such as if you want to break up with someone, tell your parents something that is bad that you do not want to tell them in person, talk to a doctor in a message just in case if your friends are
I enjoy expressing my thoughts in writing. Furthermore, even if the topic is not a personal opinion, I like to embark on the subject with my person opinion, rather than just the content for a subject. Using this allows me a purpose for the writing,
It is important to study something in school that you enjoy but that is also useful in the real world. I have always been asked, “what's your major?”. I would answer art history and always got a response like, “what are you going to do with that?”. Most parents and students don’t feel that there is a good foundation from learning Art History. It is often heard from high school and college students (influenced by their parents) that to succeed you must major in science, technology, engineering, or business.
