Chester the wonder dog
After the vet had left i sat there in silence i had lost one of my best friends someone who had shown me love throughout my life no matter what day it was and now he was just gone. It 's not like I didn 't see it coming he had been sick for weeks but still you can never truly prepare yourself enough for the loss. My dad and brother had been gone for my brothers birthday in alaska and so they had not seen him in his last days. All the energy had gone out of him and his tail never seemed to wag anymore. He could barely walk and he didn 't want to eat anything i knew his time was up because everything has to come to an end but i just wish chesters could have been longer, he was the best dog i have ever had. When I first

“We want a small, female, short haired dog” my mom told the vet politely. I sat in anticipation trying to picture what she would look like and what i would name her. My mind was racing and i could barely sit still.
“Ok i know he 's not what you described but i think he might be just right.” the vet said reassuringly as she brought out a big long haired male black lab. My parents were taken aback, it was the complete opposite dog that they had wanted and they didn 't know how to respond. That was until he ran over and started licking and jumping on them in excitement. Right then and there our family knew our new addition would be just right.
Chester instantly fit into our house. The wide open backyard was perfect for him to run and catch tennis balls in the hot of the summer while his bed in front of the fireplace kept him warm in the winters. He seemed to always be in a good mood and would do whatever he could to cheer you up if you were not. When first got him he was about 3 years old and so he was full of energy 24/7 that part of him never faded. The only way to tell chester wasn 't a young dog were a couple of gray hairs that grew under his chin. His strength did not last him though and his hips gave away. He had trouble running, jumping and near the end he couldn 't even walk anymore. My best friend throughout my life was in trouble and i know if it was me in that situation he would do anything he could to get me better. We did everything but nothing helped and he just got

Chesters legacy of compassion and loyalty was not lost when he died. In the last 5 months of Chester 's life he helped raise a young puppy named Dash. Dash was a wild energetic dog that we adopted from our neighbors who had three puppies. When I first went to meet them our family wasn 't looking for a dog but dashes pitch black hair and intelligent brown eyes reminded me of Chester when we first picked him up and we knew we had to bring him in. Dash was the kind of dog who would tear up anything he set his eyes on, that was until chester came in. Even though chesters strength was fading he still made sure to keep dash in line. He would wrestle dash every day even if he didn 't have enough energy to walk. Chester treated Dash like a father and Dash didn 't known how lucky he was. It was only 5 months after we got Dash that chester passed away. On their final day together they played one last time and Chester still acted as if he was in the prime of his youth. Dash had no idea that he would never see his best
I will always remember my dog, Tootsie, fondly. The first night that we had her, she woke me up in the middle of the night. I should have been upset, but as I sat and held her, I knew that she would be an important part of my life. She was always there when I was growing up, happy to see me and ready to play with her stuffed baseball. She was there at family events like Christmas and Thanksgiving, brightening up people’s holidays.
In January of 2015, Cody brought his dog, Taz, to the vet. The vet was shocked to see how terribly Taz condition was as the dog was hardly breathing and suffered from severe starvation! The dog was critically emaciated and underweight weighing 50 pounds when he used to weigh a 100 pounds! The dog died a few hours later, prosecutor Adam Lippe told the community.
He was as soft and white like a cotton ball, and that's where we got his name from. I was nine years old when he joined our family. I never knew a dog would've been so important to me. In 2012, something horrible happened.
As with any story it is only fair to mention the rough times. Then when you read about the laughable times, it is worth it. There are a few incidents that I would like to mention in this book. Only because it might assist people in avoiding the ‘first time’ mistakes of owning this type of dog. Tailgate was built short and stout.
He was once good and full of promising compassion, but neglection had led his to be
One day later they got there and James ankle was better. ”hey guys whats that” annie questioned looking at something furry moving towards them. “Guys its a puppy, and brown fur.” exclaimed annie picking the puppy up. Once upon a time, there was a courageous dog named Musket. He was a german shepherd puppy with brown and black fur, and had paws the size of freshly picked apples in Autumn. He had a large, pointy nose and long perky ears. It was the first day of the year 2018, and Musket woke up from a long nap, only to realize that his life took a turn for the worst; Musket’s owner, Lucas, was nowhere to be found. Panic and sadness overwhelmed him and a tear formed that dripped on the tile floor beneath him.
In the tale of Mice and Men, Candy's dog gets by one of his friends, Carlson. Candy's dog should have been killed. “Can't eat, can't see, can't walk without hurtin’.” Was what Carlson had pointed out. The dog was too old and in too much pain.
However it is not until the startling decison to put Candy’s dear dog down that reality kicks in. Candy then starts realizing that like his dog he himself has seemed to have lived beyond his usefullness . “When they can me here I wisht somebody’d shoot me. ”(#60)
We hope it leads to some great opportunities to offer our aid/support in the world of our fur-friends," she added. Here is a video of the dog that looks like a
In “The Last Meow” when Bilger mentions “Sometimes we think the pet is forced to endure more than it should.” Bilger tells the reader a story about a sick dog named Taberia. Who he mentions that she was “ancient for her breed” and that she had a “tumor.” The owner of the dog did not want to put her down, but just take her home and try to cure her dog herself. Eventually the veterinarians convinced her to let them put the dog to sleep.
He saw that Ponyboy was going to get drowned! If he thought that justice was more important than his friendship he would have gone to the police and let Pony die. The police take care of the Socs. but he didn’t do this. He took matter in his own hands and was loyal.
On April 1st, 2002 in New York love a little boy named Kendall. He was woken up to a scratching at his front door, he opened it and stood in awe it was a small brown dachshund dog. The little dog said “ Hey kendall I 'm Roscoe”. Kendall was amazed that this little dog could talk. Kendall told Roscoe to come in, sit and talk.
Three months later, she had two puppies, Cookie and Nesquik, who became my best friends. I still remember watching them grow up. I was the first person Nesquik ever saw and I 'd like to believe it was love at first sight. Until the day Bendy Straw had puppies, we believed she was only gaining weight because we fed her well.
“Ouch, C’mon I can do it! ” explained the narrator and the dog. Both the dog and the narrator had something they could not do. In the stories Just Jump and The Life of My Dog a common theme can be seen. In Just Jump, the speaker has never successfully done a dive from the high board.
