We need assistance in pursuing allegations/charges against the State of Tennessee, Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, Cane Ridge High School , specific staff of Cane Ridge High School, and possibly by officers of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. San Antonio Independent School District v. Rodriguez case. Texas public primary and secondary schools rely on local property taxes for supplemental income. These schools are designed to establish a minimum education threshold at each school. The San Antonio District in the representation of families residing in poor districts challenged this funding scheme by arguing that students were disadvantaged because their schools lacked the property used by other districts, and academic programs receiving government funding should favor all students equally. Asian Americans were using the judicial system to fight for their rights and have the same rights as a citizen. For example, a very successful case it was the “Yick Wo v. Hopkins” Yick Wo was not an American Citizen he goes to the Supreme Court and argues that the laundry ordinance violated his rights under the fourteen amendments, his right to due process and equal protection, furthermore Yick Wo won the case. This was the first case that the Supreme Court help a Chinese person who was fighting for his rights and did not ruled against him for not being a citizen. The Lake View v Huckabee school funding case was filed in August 1992 and was not closed till 2007. In 15 years there have been many alterations in how Arkansas funds their schools. Terryville, CT- On October 20, Wamogo High School visited the 8th grade. The agricultural school showed the future freshman a slideshow showing what the school had to offer. The students asked questions about the curriculum to the presenters, and received excellent feedback. Some of the students were fascinated with the agricultural experiences offered at Wamogo. Others were not as thrilled with with the school, but had to stay at the assembly.

Nestled in the suburbs of Irmo, SC, Dutch Fork residents are not far from beautiful Lake Murray. Because of its lakefront locality and closeness to the state capital of Columbia, the Dutch Fork community has experienced much growth over the last several years and has become more diverse. One of four high schools in District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties, Dutch Fork High School (DFHS) serves students in grades 9-12 with a growing population of 1830. The student body consists of 57% white, 34% African American, and 9% other. Approximately 28% of students receive free or reduced-price lunches, and 8% are classified as special education students.

Mergens, 1990, requires public secondary schools to allow access to religiously based student groups on the same basis as other student clubs. The school administration denied a group of students their right to create a Christian after school club. The students intended for their club to have just the same privileges and club meetings as all other after school clubs. The Wood Oaks Board of Education voted a referendum on the to build a new elementary school and middle school; Superintendent Lindsey Smith asked the board to approve a $3.3 million building program for the district, the money would be used for the new buildings. The middle school would be built in the central part of town and would serve two elementary schools now feeding into Wood Oaks Middle School. The Board voted four-two to place the issue as a referendum on the November general election ballot. Voting for placing the referendum on the ballot were Jones, Katie McCormack, Matthew O’Malley, and Joseph Sister.
