Fremont High School is located in Los Angeles, California, “sprawled across a city block.” The school enrolls about 5,000 students every year but only 3,300 are in attendance every day. The students read at an elementary school level and are not provided the necessities to succeed. The school is lacking many resources, such as, classrooms, restrooms, and lunchrooms. The school lacks at least 15 restrooms that the law requires. The average class size is about 33 to 40 students per room in 220 classes. The teachers are worked to exhaustion and the students are treated like animals. Fremont High is lacking the basic needs for everyone there and all of the students know it. School is meant to be a place for students to feel comfortable and educated, not what Fremont High School is.

The Equal Access Act upheld by the Supreme Court in Board of Education v. Mergens, 1990, requires public secondary schools to allow access to religiously based student groups on the same basis as other student clubs. The school administration denied a group of students their right to create a Christian after school club. The students intended for their club to have just the same privileges and club meetings as all other after school clubs. The schools excuse being that it lacked faculty support which led to the school and district being sued by the students. “The students alleged that Westside 's refusal violated the Equal Access Act, which requires that schools in receipt of federal funds provide "equal access" to student groups seeking to express "religious, political, philosophical, or other content" messages” (Board of Education of Westside Community Schools v. Mergens by and Through Mergens). Many still argue today that Westside 's prohibition against the Christian club, consistent with the Establishment Clause, makes the Equal Access Act unconstitutional.
“A huge hit in its native France, period drama Les Choristes sticks to a familiar songsheet: the one where a kindly teacher slowly but very surely wins over his urchin pupils. Yet even though all the notes are predictable, the film hits them with wit, warmth and gusto. Centred on the soaring sound of a boys' choir, this Oscar nominee may be a school of schlock, but if you're willing to submit, it'll charm your ears and toast your cockles.” A film review given by Matthew Leyland from BBC which shows to us what the movie is all about. Les Choristes is a 2004 German-Swiss-French drama film directed by Christophe Barratier. Co-written by Barratier and Philippe Lopes-Curval that garnered different nominations from different film awards.

Aside from what was said before, it does not take even Einstein himself to figure out that what Ahmed had brought to class had no physical representation of something seen hazardous by mankind, yet Ahmed’s teacher had the guts to claim that what Ahmed brought in was the legitimate representation of a bomb. As you can see from the picture shown above, Ahmed brought in had no explosives attached; it was presented in a metal case and contained only circuits. Even someone who is inexperienced can determine that multiple circuits can only make a spark and not an explosion. This questions the hiring system for teachers in schools like this. Someone this inexperienced should not partake in the education system. It also questions what procedure school would take if the invention brought in

The 16 year old high school student would be asked to change his shirt inside out, and if he refuses he would ultimately be sent home. Out of the three people listed, he would have the least amount of protection. All students are covered under the 14th amendment of equal protection, because dress codes are from neutral viewpoints and all students are expected to follow them. First amendment rights can be restricted within the school to protect the greater good of all students, as seen in Powe v. Miles (1968). Typically the school protects against speech or symbols that could be disruptive, distractive, profane, or encourage violence so that they can be proactive by avoiding any possible disruption that could be caused by the shirt.
