For instance, a little kid has been told that sky comprises of brown color and him thing the same because of lack of color knowledge. Similarly, Parents and guardians should aware their children regarding a good and bad touch so that they will be secure from being assaulted, that is the primary reason for a high ratio of sexual abuse because parents feel weird to discuss it with their children. Disobeying an adult can sometimes result in getting into trouble with a child, and being in trouble is something children understand and fear. Children might be told that their mothers will not love them anymore or that they will be sent away because the touching is their fault. They don’t know yet that adults can tell lies, so they believe what they are told.
Everyone’s experience with love is different. Someone’s experience could be terrible and could develop for relationships and love as a whole, while someone else’s experience could be magical and could have them believing in miracles and love at first sight. Fields shows us the inexperience and fear of love that the current generation has. They are scared of opening up because they do not want to be hurt. It is scary opening up to a person because one does not know if they are going to protect the secrets and fears that are shared or if a person is going to exploit them and find any and every possible way to hurt them.

Children’s bodies and minds act differently from an adult’s; thus they deserve to be treated accordingly . But mothers and sometimes fathers tend to abuse their children’s youth in order to win the crown or to even participate. The Federal Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act as amended by the CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010, defines child abuse and neglect as, at minimum: •"Any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation.” Stress, deception, anxiety, eating disorders, sexualizing the kids and bad perception for the future are all signs the kids exploitation and abuse.
They would distinguish that a crime like murder would get them an awfully long and excruciatingly painful punishment. They require recognizing that one cannot escape from the consequences of the acts committed. Parents need to be accountable for engraining their children with proper values and provide with an environment where the child can grow into a proper, sociable and confident adults. If the parents of these days essentially start being parents as well as stop letting TVs or video games, etc. bring up their children, then the issue that glares us right now in the present would have been nipped in the bud, decades
I have a motto: Everything is a spectrum. I find that it is true in many cases and it helps me see things not as black and white, but as a gradient between the two. The issue of child soldiers’ prosecution is complex and doesn’t have an easy answer. Child soldiers must be assessed individually for their responsibility for their actions and their threat in the future and should be given options other than freedom or prison. Responsibility should fall on whoever knowingly, willingly, and with intent carried out or caused the crime in question.
Young people are usually exposed to victimasation, not only by the children who are the same age as them but also by adults. Moreover, according to Youth Justice Board almost 32% boys in 2015-16 in custody reported being victimised by staff, which means that it is really hard to build trust towards police officers or member of staff when evan they are not helping them to correct their behaviour but bullying and insulting them. Police station-Based “triage” assessments are likely to be beneficial but we also need to limit the potentially negative consequences of informal, street-based contacts between police and young people. Some types of controlling young offenders are misused, what leads to rebelling and re-offending. Those below the age of 18 should be treated as children first also listening to the voices of children is crucial.
