These child workers become sacrifices of cheap industry and yet they are often taken for granted by local people. If the existing problems keep on worsening, the society will grow to be indifferent little by little and people’s wellbeing will be neglected. For another, child workers cannot afford the high fee for education so that they drop out of school early. This results in lacking social survival skills when they become adults. Because they are incompetent and can only do jobs which require little skills, it is hard for them to find jobs.

Some view child labor as being just a social construct, while others view it as being the worst thing a person can do to a child. When it comes to child labor and the workplace, it is important for society to have knowledge and acknowledge all the things that are happening in society with child labor. In this paper I want to talk about Walmart and child labor and the claims that Walmart has discriminated against female employees.

CAUSES: • Poverty is one such primary cause for child labour. Some cultural traditions where children or the successor have to follow their parent’s footstep or carry over their parents work get into child labour. Similarly years ago, education for girls was not given much importance’s and they were asked to do domestic work. Others think that they are giving their children all that they need and shouldn’t be getting paid for helping out because the parents already do the majority of the work. Parents and children disagree a lot about money whether it’s that the parents won’t buy them a toy or get them something from a vending machine. This problem causes many dissagrements between the parents and children. I think that children should not get paid for helping with the house work because they won’t get paid for house work when they are adults. I think that getting paid for chores teaches children that housework is something they should want to avoid and money isn't the best reward and it doesn't motivate every child.
First reason is from example I’ve seen kids that have been given money for nothing and spends it like nothing but I’ve also seen kids who worked for it and they save what they worked for. These days it seems like kids have everything the newest everything cars, phones, and clothes things like that. But when I look at them they don’t even know how to work for things they would be able to get money from their parents with a phone call. They would go through money like crazy but I’ve also seen kids that worked for wat they wanted no being able to just call someone for money they

We should create a minimum family income and aware the parents of the importance of education, as the reason for most of the families that force their children to work is getting money or see that there is no value in education. If we help the poor families by giving them income in order to complete their life, the percentage of children that forced to work in order to get money will decrease. Second solution is to take care of education and develop the poor quality schools, We should help the parents to learn that learner child will help them and help the
Economic situation and time allocation are some of the issues faced within the family structure. Single parents are the sole financial supporter of the family and due to economic climates, they are sometimes unable to ensure the financial stability of the family. Receiving a single-income, would have an effect on the parent-child relationship and may be stressful for both. Children may not understand this and possibly act out in rebellion against not being afforded the same benefits as their peers (Parenting in Jamaica). Whereas, families where both parents are employed, are faced with time allocation issues which affect the child rearing process as these parents seek to find a balance between work and family life.
